Comfortable night's sleep and hot breakfast I chose this hotel for the queen beds and nice pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but the comforter could be bigger if sharing! I did like that it had a duvet sheet cover. The room was not very spacious and the bathroom was downright small. Would be too small for a large person for sure since the toilet pretty much blocked getting in and out of the shower. Needed hooks for wet towels too since the shower door went to the ceiling. No fan in the bathroom either. Appreciated the hot breakfast which was included for 2 people with our rate. We were able to order from the menu every morning and picked it up at the front desk to eat in our room. We received a $50 credit per day which was adequate. The pool was very large and about 80 +/- degrees. Nice big hot tub. You were allowed to use the pool if you signed up at the desk. The outdoor space outside of the pool had couches and a fire feature. Overall nice stay in May and the hotel felt clean and well kept. Parking was $17 per night.

Terrible service do not stay Room was very small and dirty shower floors bed everything not to mention the people who work there are very rude and don’t offer much help or assistance for anything you also pay a very high penny for a place in which all services are closed and you pay for parking in a very unkept dirty parking lot to boot very dissatisfied will never be staying here again

Big, impersonal hotel with very average service I have stayed at this property twice and will likely not return. There are no significant issues, but there other better Bonvoy properties in the area which have earned my business. My last stay (December 2020) was during the depths of the SARS CoV-2 lockdowns. I felt the hotel overly restricted guest's ability to enjoy the property. For example, the ENTIRE lobby was closed. You couldn't sit in a chair and wait for your Uber, a friend, anything... They had created this Disneyland-style rope corridor that leads from the front door to the check-in and then to the elevators. It was complete overkill for a hotel that may have had 20 guests. My biggest issue with this property is their lack of recognition of Bonvoy status. As an Ambassador Elite, I have appreciated zero benefits - no upgrade, no amenity, no recognition when checking-in - nothing. The last word, I find it a bit objectionable when I have to pay for self-parking in a massive parking lot that had less than 12 cars. I mean, really?!?! Throw me a bone and give me free parking...I did book your hotel during a pandemic.

5 Star My hotel reviews follow a point system. All points (aka stars) are all or nothing which equals to a potential 5 (duh). Each of these is worth one star; Shower/Bathroom, Bed/Pillow, cleanliness, overall room, amenities. 1/1 Shower/Bathroom. One of the better hotel showers. 1/1 Bed/Pillow. I slept like a big fat baby. 1/1 Cleanliness. No complaints here. 1/1 Overall Room. No complaints here. 1/1 Amenities. Due to Covid they were closed, but after inspection they looked amazing. They still offer room service :)

Day trip in February Nicely renovated hotel property. The hotel looks a little outdated from the outside, but well decorated and renovated on the inside. The staffs are very welcoming, and greeted us with smiles and all the information about the property. The M club is a nice addition to the hotel, it offers a variety different kinds of food for breakfast and dinner, in addition to drinks and snacks throughout the day. The hotel location is very convenient to the airport and other business establishments. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
