The location to the boardwalk was amazing. The room was bot what they made it out to be on line. It's was a family suite and the Bring your own pillow and towels and be prepared to walk up and down stairs room were poorly renovated and the phones on the web sitrneed to be updated the place look beautiful on line but in person it is not anything like that it's really run down on the outside

1 night stay at ABI Booked a stay here bc it was right by the boardwalk! They were nice enough to let us park there early even though check in was not until 3pm. The guy at the front was very nice!

Monterey Overall good stay, no body wash, had to ask for extra toilet paper. Clean, nice to be let in early, parking was great, staff was very pleasant. No hbo max as advertised.

Convenient location and budget friendly however 2-stars says it all Being across the street from the Boardwalk, beach, and a short walk to the wharf was a plus. Also, it was the least expensive option we were able to find that would accommodate our family of 5 on short notice (booked about 3 weeks prior). Staff was polite and helpful. The accommodations though were not so good. You can feel the wire springs on the beds. Overall conditions of the walls, floors, windows, ceiling, bathroom showed a lot of poorly installation & repaired damage. Electrical, plumbing, appliances worked fine and we all slept well, but the place really needs a detailed remodel.

It was a nice pleasant room but very loud the wall is soo thin and parking was challenging. Noise level is okay after mid nights, although parking was a challenge. I had 3 kids and parking was not convient for us we had to park on other side.
