Dirty and gross We took our first family vacation with baby here to go to Henry Cowell state park. We got a suite, one of the nicer rooms. Room was not ready even though heck in is as late as 4. Then room was still despicable. Trash left behind and used sheets in sofa bed…stains all over mattress pad. Disgusting.

Great Hotel, great check in staff and a comfortable stay and experience. Booked a 2 room family suite here - amazing interior, spacious and well stacked room. Overall the hotel has excellent interiors & a great service. (We were welcomed with 3 bottles of water, a great touch in July heat (most US hotels don't even give a water bottle in the room) and a warm smile - US hotels receptions are generally "cold" while checking in. Hotel boasts of a Picturesque locale, castle type design and is well located too. Will highly recommend this one to all.

Quiet and clean Room was big and clean. Even though sun was shining curtains blacken out the room. King bed, good bathroom and staff excellent. Didn't use restaurant but there is one for both dinner and breakfast. Parking is $10 extra but the lot is very large. A out 15 minutes from the boardwalk and tourist area but that makes this quiet

THEY'RE NOW CHARGING TO PARK AT THE HOTEL WHILE STAYING AT THE HOTEL!!! We've stayed here numerous times over the years while visiting our son and family. It's always been...OK. This is likely the last time we'll stay. They now are CHARGING TO PARK AT THE HOTEL!!! I've never been to a hotel that charged their patrons to park, much less one that charges $300 and up per night! The place is pretty blah, not worth it if they're going to start nickel-and-diming you to death. Very poor public relations move, Hilton!

Stinky moldy rooms During our previous stay at this Hilton, we had a positive experience. However, on this occasion, we were assigned a room with a strong smell of mold. Immediately, my daughter experienced discomfort in her chest and throat, and my throat became scratchy as well. We requested a different room and were relocated two doors down. Unfortunately, this room also had a moldy smell, which was masked by a powerful orange citrus scent. Despite trying to adjust to the smell for an hour and noticing visible mold in the room, we asked for a mold-free option. The hotel staff upgraded us to a Wellness Room that had an air purifier. By this point, it was already past 11:00 pm. Thankfully, the third room had no unpleasant odors.
