Great Location, Spacious Rooms, Gourmet Breakfast What a great find, only a 15-minute walk to the heart of Santa Fe. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast were gourmet with the chef coming out to take order for the options available. Breakfast is served in a nice dining room and there's also a patio to just relax and get some air.

Ruined 4th of July weekend with broken bed and BUGS! I wish our stay at the Parador could have been as good as some others, but unfortunately ours was horrible. I'm not one to bash on businesses, but this was bad... We (my wife and I) stayed with my in-laws, which the room did accommodate 4 people, so to start we set up our beds. Therein laid the first problem. When setting it up, one side of the bed was missing a nut so it would not stay up leaving the bed in a 45 degree angle (as pictured). We figured no problem and called the front desk and she quickly showed up to take a look at it. She said she will get the handymen to come fix it or see if they have a nut. It really was a simple fix! So we waited for about 20 minutes and no one returned so we went downstairs to check on progress (we were waiting to go to dinner at this point) and to our surprise the front desk women had locked up the office and just left without saying a word. Later we got a text that just said, "we couldn't find anything, so sorry about that.".... We were utterly shocked at how someone could just leave without saying anything to our face and with a broken bed. We figured we couldn't do anything at that point so we moved the mattress to the floor (pic) and had to sleep as such. And we went off to dinner. Later that night my wife kept waking up getting bit by what seemed to be ants. It got so bad she ended up sleeping with her parents in the bed because she could no longer sleep and was getting bit up all night. The next morning we noticed the ants and bugs not only on the mattress, but also on our clothes and even in the bathroom (all pics). This place had them everywhere. Having not slept we were very irritated and decided we were not staying here another night after both uncomfortable situations. We told this to the same front desk woman and all she said was "oh, I'm sorry." Needless to say we checked out immediately and found another place which was extremely difficult and pricey due to being 4th of July weekend. We had booked this trip 6 months in advanced. To top it all off, it has now been over a month of us and booking.com still fighting to get a refund out of this place. We didn't even stay the second night because of this dreadful hotel. The customer service at the front desk and management is horrendous. We will never stay at El Parador again when staying in Santa Fe and I highly do not recommend it to anyone if you want to be treated with any decency.

Comfortable great breakfasts and location make the Parafor a great alternative to the traditional hotel Initially wondered if we chose well but after just a short while realized the comfort convenience and location as well as the ambiance of the Parador made our stay in Santa Fe a wonderful experience! And the breakfasts were incredible and our server Jamil was delightful kind and always offering to change things up for guests who had dietary preferences! Walkable to SF plaza and Railyard we only used our car as we drove out to hear music at Tumbleroot brewery . The Parador rooms may be considered basic to some but the bathroom and the lovely lavender products were great as was having coffee and French press in our room Slept well ate well and located well! No regrets Be sure you’re ok with no TV and a gravel parking lot - Would stay again for sure!

Pretty little boutique BnB I liked this place a lot and thought it was a good value for the money. I stayed for two nights in one of the rooms right off the parking lot. My room had a gate onto a little private patio. The patio wasn't really decorated: just three patio chairs surrounded by a wooden fence, and there was no view, but it was fine. My room was very sparsely furnished with only a bed, two night tables, and a chair. The bathroom was a good size for 1-2 people. It had a tub, sink, small wall mirror, toilet with a bidet toilet seat (it was nice and warm!) and a little cubby with a rod and hangers for clothes. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. I wish there was a vanity table or desk with a chair and a larger mirror - I had nowhere to sit to put on make-up/do my hair, and nowhere to sit to work on my laptop. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is eaten in the small but picturesque dining room. There is a very limited menu to choose from. I was a bit disappointed because everything was very dairy-focused and I can't eat cheese or yoghurt etc., so I didn't have much choice, but just nibbled on what I could. What I did eat was good, though. The breakfast room is kind of like being in a Bed & Breakfast - it's tight quarters so guests often start conversations with each other, so it's maybe not the best for introverts or people who don't like to chat in the morning. There is plentiful free parking in the gravel lot in back of the hotel, but I struggled a bit to get my heavy rolling suitcase through the gravel and into my room. It would be better if the lot was paved. I would call this hotel simple and rustic, but pleasant. The location was fine - it was easy to drive to everywhere I wanted to go.

Love this place Nothing but good things to say....quiet, great location, super clean, lots of character and comfy bed. The free breakfast is out of this world. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. We live north, just over the Colorado border, and will definitely come back.
