Highly recommended The lobby of the St Francis is so welcoming with people enjoying life on the portal and living rooms along with the Secreto bar. If you book a standard room, be prepared for tight historic quarters. The bed is super comfortable and the room is quiet with excellent bedding and amenities. If you travel with an extensive wardrobe it can be a tight squeeze. The Secreto lounge is charming even with some food offerings that look appealing. The staff is the best in the industry and so friendly and lovely. Highly recommended.

Needed to come Santa Fe… Hotel St Francis made the trip great! I have stayed here before, both times I had great service. Eager people trying to help at all times. Great food. The new restaurant is terrific. Very close to everything. When my wife wanted a different mirror, they had no problem bringing one up immediately. Inside the facility is great looking.

Great historic hotel! A wonderful, beautiful historic hotel. Very comfortable beds and room. Quiet surroundings. Staff was extremely friendly. Great lobby and a comfortable area to sit outside in front of the hotel. Bar and restaurant in the hotel. Easy walking to many shops, restaurants, museums and churches.

Delightful Lovely hotel, staff was delightful. Definitely look forward to returning some day with my family. The bizcochitos at the check in desk were delicious especially with a cup of coffee each morning. Couldn't have asked for better weather in Oct.

Great Location. We had a warm greeting on arrival, and found our room to be a little on the small side, but we soon got settled. There was no full length space in the slender wardrobe, and not many drawers, or shelf space in the bathroom. It was nice to be able to open a window and have real air, not air conditioning. At dusk we did find the lighting rather dim and there was no full length mirror, nor anywhere else on landings or in lobby. The knobs to turn on the bedside lights (which you couldn't reach from the bed) were unkind on your fingers. We visited the bar only to hear all about the barman's travels and experiences, after having driven 5 hours plus from El Paso. The pillows squashed to a hard pad after a nights sleep, but on request more supportive ones were provided. The hotel is excellently located and valet parking is very efficient.
