Would stay again! The check in process was easy, the room was tranquil and welcoming. The staff was accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The location was in walking distance to the plaza. I would definitely stay again when visiting family in Santa Fe.

Unpleasant, Unprofessional The AC was insufficient during the day. The mattress sunk. The lighting was dim. The TV was not connected to DISH and did not get local channels. The wireless disconnected constantly. Offer to upgrade failed. False bill was given. Restaurant closed.

A great place to stay when in Santa Fe I like to stay at maller unique/ boutique inns whenever possible. Inn at Vanessie is charming with spacious, nicely decorated rooms. (I got to experience two rooms due to a booking glitch). There are a few quirks like placement of light switches, but when you update older, historic places that is to be expected. Staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. Experienced a few communication issues with housekeeping and maintenance, but issues easily addressed. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal and I hope they keep it! Such a spread every morning with wide variety of offerings! Close to Plaza, Railyard, etc., within easy 10-20 minute walk of everything downtown. Several very good restaurants within less than two blocks. I would definitely stay here again when in Santa Fe.

Will definitely stay again! Overall, we were pleased with our recent stay at the Inn at Vanessie. We chose the “Tesuque” Suite and received email confirmation for our choice. Upon arrival we discovered that the manager had assigned us to a smaller suite. The sweet girl who was handling the reception area tried to contact the manager and was unsuccessful. The guest who had been accidentally assigned to our Suite fortunately had not checked in yet. She figured out how to correct the error, while also trying to manage the phone calls by herself and greeting other guests waiting behind us to check in. We appreciate her composure and grace under pressure! The Tesuque Suite was large, with an entrance directly into an enclosed sitting area with a sofa and television. Beyond this was the large bedroom and bath. Beyond the bedroom was another small sitting room with a loveseat that opened up to a private courtyard. The included breakfast was wonderful with many choices. The location was perfect and was easy to walk down to the Railyards and also down to the Plaza. We will definitely stay at the Inn at Vanessie next time we are in town.

Friendly and Comfortable Greeted by friendly staff upon arrival and shown to room. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Room was clean and was walkable distance to the downtown Santa Fe Plaza. Breakfast was very good with many options! Would stay there again!
