Santa Maria Inn a Must stay! Great little town. The weather is the best in California all year long. I mean it. Everyone at the hotel is so dang nice. Super great Mexican restaurants close by. I love this little town. I am in the process right now to find a home here. Love it love it love it!

Consistently good. A very good hotel for the price. Onsite bar and restaurant, as well as very good restaurants within walking distance, make it very convenient. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The lack of an onsite breakfast does make it a bit more of a hassle in the mornings.

quant steeped in history lovely place to stay upon arrival stunning building and greeted in old fashion lobby you can tell the character of the building easy checking we stayed in 3rd floor room was very spacious had 2 large single bed but worked , bathroom had small bath , with shower 2 sinks one in bathroom one outside , wifi tv ect , out side there was swimming pool with hot tub nice relaxed area and locked gate so good if you have families, also has a nice pub in hotel , with large fire to sit if feeling cold , gym also overall staff were very friendly and helpful and bar staff very friendly too keep up good work and would recommend this hotel if staying in santa maria _

Oldè worldè type place..... Stayed here one night as part of a tour group. The hotel is historic....it dates back to 1917....the lobby is dark, wooden and atmospheric....there's also a smell reminiscent of old English mansions.....not exactly pleasant but its an old part of the site. My room was on the 4th floor, it was a suite....the Longoria.....smelt clean, bedding was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Fridge and TV were provided. No breakfast though so I went to The Pantry over the road.

Skip it. Very bad experience. We were placed in the old section in a room with a stifling urine smell. Pulled off the sheets to find a urine soaked mattress. By the time I discovered the source and asked for another room the only thing left was a heavily smoked in room. Although the smoking room was choking us we took it and slept with the windows open even though it was cold outside. Skip his hotel. It smells old and funky everywhere.
