NOT KID FRIENDLY! Rude and unprofessional staff Nothing like having your reservation CANCELLED as you are on the way to stay there. There was nothing in the online booking saying that kids were not allowed and it wasn’t until your staff had an oversight via phone conversation and forgot to ask if we had kids that we were told they were unwelcome to use the pool. Unprofessional and rude staff. Thanks for ruining our family weekend getaway.

Beautiful Boutique hotel This boutique hotel is even better in person than the pictures online show! The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated so nice! Also the bed and linens are comfy! We will definitely stay here again! 5 stars for sure!!

Great stay, would recommend I really enjoyed my stay at the 30A inn and suites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with check-in but they were able to help us in no time. Our room was clean and we felt safe our entire trip. The location was great as well, not too far from beach access areas and stores. It was also not far from Destin but less crowded. The pool was nice. I liked the instruction/information sheet provided to us at checkin. It was a handy way to know common things that came up. I would stay here again.

OK stay but can't say it is exceptional especially at this price! We booked a room with two beds, a king and a queen with a refrigerator and ironing board/ iron. From the pictures, we anticipated a roomy place for $400+ a night...but, in reality, there was a hallway connecting the two rooms with a desk, another desk in the king size room, and a chair and small table in the queen size room. Everything was open...the closets had no doors and there was no furniture outside of the desks/ chairs to put other clothes in for an extended stay. The room was quiet. The parking was more than adequate. There was a small pool off of our building and there were other similar sized ones around the complex. The closest beaches were 1/2 and 3/4 mile away. We went to the one 3/4 of a mile away ...the charge for a car was $6 and a person walking in would pay $2...but multiple entries allowed. We parked in the parking lot and then took a 5-7 minute shuttle to the beach. For the price, I would have anticipated a box of kleenex...but had to shop for that. Usually, a hotel of that caliber would have a pad and pen...but none was to be found in either desk. The toilet paper was not of sufficient strength to blow ones nose...let alone to perform more strenuous tasks without putting several layers together. The airport had better quality toilet paper. The mattress was lumpy for some reason, and the fitted bed sheet was all stretched out resulting in having to continuously tuck it back in. The base of the shower had black mold. We have traveled the world and stayed in $400/night rooms and I can say without a doubt, the rooms have had many more amenities both inside and outside. They left us with 4 coffee packets for 4 nights...and when we asked for additional ones by going to the office (as there is no room service for at least the first 2-3 nights as per their rules and then you had to specifically request the room to be cleaned) it was as if we were bothering them. There is only one restaurant within walking distance....The pictures on the website look wonderful.....but reality was much different. I understand some places are short handed ...but we wouldn't recommend this place at this price...for what you are getting..I would shop around.

Great value! Much cheaper but with the same amenities. Across the street from a great nature park (hiking, sand dunes, beach and critters), a little too far from the public beach. But nearly half the price os similar accommodations.
