Wrong bill - extra charges I stayed for two nights and they charged me parking for two cars, while I only had one car. I've been trying to correct this and they haven't replied to my emails and messages. Also, some of the staff there was not friendly at all. I have given up, but will not stay with them never again.

Fantastic hotel in Sonoma! This place was beautiful and right in the center of it all. The staff was beyond nice and had tons of great recommendations in the area. Great local places to easily walk to (food, shopping, drinks) and a great property to just stay at to relax and enjoy. Easy rides to all the local wineries and the Chales Shultz Museum. If you are flying into Sonoma as well, this place is so close! I highly recommend it!

Underwhelming hotel 45 minutes away from downtown Sonoma I usually love staying at Hyatts as they are fantastic, but avoid this one. The hotel was nice; however the service was under par. Two examples. The first morning the shampoo and soap was out in the room. I texted to get more sent up during the day. There wasn't a response to my text, but did find the shampoo in the room upon return; however, it wasn't put into the shower (which required some sort of special key housekeeping has) which was underwhelming. Again, this "resort" has a resort fee charge and I went to use the pool that Saturday evening when I had a short break in schedule. The pool towel rack was completely empty and overflowing with dirty, wet, used towels. I went to the front desk to ask for towels which was a walk and they provided, but they gave me but without any apology, letting me know they'd fix it for other guests, etc. Again - just underwhelming especially with the large resort charge. Finally, I booked this without carefully looking at the location based on the name. Please just call the hotel what it is - Hyatt Regency Santa Rosa. The hotel is literally 45 minutes from downtown Sonoma.

Nice hotel and fantastic staff After a recent awful experience at a Portland Oregon Hyatt, we were glad we did not give up on Hyatt. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Daily room service was appreciated and the housekeepers did a fantastic job ensuring the room was meticulous before we arrived and while there. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Excellent location for winery tours in the area.
