Amazing staff. First of all I will like to point out how great the staff is at this hotel ,every single person makes you feel like at home they all go above and beyond when it comes make feel welcome ,comfortable. I had a very unexpected situation in 1 of my stay upon arriving back home I realized that I forgot some money In the room I was staying. After the 3rd day when I realized what happened I contacted the hotel immediately to let them know.as soon as 40 minutes later I got a phone call from the hotel letting me know that house keeping found what I left behind. On my next stayed I was greet by Blasmirca Fermin ( manager) or in charge of the house keeping department, she explained to to me that Rosmairy (maid) reported to her the money I forgot. Finally I received everything it was left behind. I have no words to say how thankful I'm with everyone specifically this two persons mentioned above. Thank you again.

Best place to stay! This is the place to stay! The location is perfect, just blocks from Central Park to go running. The team treats you like family. Our maid Maria Matias was so kind and helpful, and supervisor Juan Peña as well. The room was so clean, and the facilities like the gym, pool, are brand new!

World Class 5 Star Service Would like to recognize the following staff members for excellent service with superior customer service : Juan Pena-Supervisor Maria Matias: Maid Service Laundry Service Attendant on 3/6/2024 My first time at this hotel. I come to the DR frequently for business. Best service I have ever received in 40+ years, and I have travelled the globe. Staff is professional, courteous, great attention to detail and very responsive. Simply stated: World Class 5 Star service. Highly recommend these accommodations and cant say enough about the staff.

Second class citizen As a average American couple we were treated as less than. First I was over charged then we were made to sit in the waiting area while, natives and people of status such as airline pilots were checked in whom we were in line in some cases an hour before they even arrived. I do admit we arrived prior to check in, but so did all the other people who were checked in and given room keys. I've experienced discrimination in DR before with one price for foreigners and another for natives, but that in addition to the second class treatment made this experience the absolute worst

short and sweet trip I was greeted with a smile. the bell staff helped me with my car immediately and was able to check in in the middle of the day which was great after travel. the best moment was when I was in the bar with my lady and we were celebrating her birthday. the staff unpromoted gave us a sample desert and sang happy birthday to her. it was a very nice touch to close out our stay there.
