Highly recommend for business travel! My work has brought teams to stay at the Dominican Fiesta Hotel for many years. The hotel itself is beautiful and the common areas are well kept and clean. The rooms are very comfortable, but some have issues with AC. The staff is prompt to fix any issues we have. The location is also quite convenient, being just a short walk from a grocery store, two ice cream spots, and several nice restaurants. The breakfast buffet is always delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The best part of this hotel is the awesome staff. The front desk staff, bellmen, restaurant staff, and maids are warm, friendly, and eager to assist with anything. I always feel very welcomed by everyone. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that the rooms could use a bit of updating, but they've recently updated the 3rd floor rooms and they look amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dominican Fiesta Hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo!

Isabella is fantastic! I had a slight issue with my room upon checking-in. Isabella, the guest Services manager, went above and beyond to make my experience spectacular. I would highly recommend anyone to give Dominican Fiesta Hotel a chance for a night, enjoying the pool, or holding your wedding / event here.

Runaway - No parking available for me at the time I arrived as the parking is used by anyone attending to their facilities. They explained to me, anyone is a guest, attending the open pool and sport facilities, so parking is like attending to a football match. - TV was not working. I called reception and the maintenance team never showed up. - Room is extremely poor conditions, carpet dirty and torn. - Extreme humidity on the room, like being on the Amazonas. - When I woke up the next day the bath was flooded by a leak, maintenance came. They told me they had to dismantle and check the entire bathroom. I asked the housekeeper to come to clean and dry it, she never showed up, I had to shower with the bathroom flooded and dry it myself with the towels - VIP benefits, 20% on food. Avoid the restaurants and breakfast which are terrible. -

:D I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The guest service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty dishes. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after long days of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay with top-notch service

Paradise Amazing business trip in an amazing very high class and luxurious hotel. The customer service was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location for many years to come. I would like to especially give a special thanks to Jamison the front desk concierge who was very very attentive to detail and help me with accommodations and various services. He’s excellent when it comes to details and super super hospitable. I’m super happy I stayed at this location and I’m looking forward to doing so in the future.
