Amazing hotel in Sao Paulo I do believe one of the few hotels in Sao Paulo that still reserve a full floor for smokers, the breakfast is good and huge variety. The wifi runs smoothly, the ceiling high is good, do not make you feel claustrophobic as many modern building hotels.

Unpleasant place to stay Filthy swimming pool, poop at the wc of the pool, garbages on the yard... Wifi-connection doesn’t work prop. at the sixth floor! Workers are kind but that doesn’t explain why this is 4,5 star hotel. There is nothing luxury in here! It is also very noisy place to stay and area is polluted because the main roads. Sad that i have to spend few nights more here. __

Holiday Inn parque Anhembi - Nice stay Holiday Inn parque Anhembi offers good service. The check-in process was fast and smooth. Pablo, a polite, pleasant , and courteous receptionist does a good job. The breakfast area is comfortable and has a variety of food, including a couple of gluten free items. The room is comfortable , clean and quiet. It also has an AC that works well and a safe. In the room you can find a mini refrigerator and a coffee maker - no microwaves. I got disappointed when I found out that the gym was closed for some reason. I think that it’s the type of thing that should be on the top of their to-do list. It sounded to me that fixing the issues and re-opening the gym were not a priority for them. If it’s the case, I want them to know that having a gym available to guests is very important for those like me that exercise every day. I hope the gym is up and running next time I stay at Holiday Inn Parque Anhembi. I liked the fact that the hotel offers a shuttle service to Shopping Center Norte. There, at the mall, you can find a variety of stores and restaurants. It’s a good idea for those who don’t want to eat at the hotel restaurant. All in all it was a nice stay.

Keep far away , awfull, terrible service and concierge Stayed 3 days because i have a convention neatby, unfortunately far away from good places in sao paulo, huge hotel with no conditions to have so many rooms, i ddn’t have towels for 2 days, last night i phoned to the concierge but they didn’t appear with the towels, awfull concierge, thousands of adolescents making noise, drinking etc... the hole night, some guests almost called the police.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CONVENTION NEARBY!!!!

Very Good, not quite great Location is great if you fly into GRU Only 45 Uber ride. Not much around the hotel but taxis are quick and cheap. Easy location for tour guides to pick from. Very good restaurants within easy reach too. Traffic around the whole of São Paulo is a nightmare - leave plenty of time whenever you are! Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful, thank you everyone. Breakfast in hotel is really good and worthwhile, glad we went. Rooms are comfortable, large beds, good shower and bathroom. Hair dryers work ok but could be better. No kettle - just a filter coffee jug to heat water and sachet of instant ????? Overall very pleased and would definitely stay again.
