Never Again Not my standards. Checked in. Arrived room had a sanitation sticker on door Walk in with bell boy to find a dish by the closet area with someone leftovers God know how long ago Second night wake up to use the restroom to only find the the sanitary maid decided to not leave toilet tissue had to call front desk twice no apology nothing this was a 8 night booked trip I ran out of there after my second night The breakfast was like a cafeteria setting The Hotel should learn to respect customers they need us. We don’t need them. Also I stayed two horrible nights they did not even credit my meliá account Never again

Convenient location. The rest, not so much. 10 days' stay and the room was comfortable enough once I rearranged the furniture in a suite that had a living room the size of a closet in my home. Lame brains serving coffee in the morning and the standard room where you will pay for everything you use. The entrance to the hotel is a bit annoying as it's hardly room enough for one car, let alone one car going each way and people using the main entrance. Too much mold in the shower. some disinfectant or bleach would be a good thing to give the maid. The hotel is great if you don't look too close!

Trip down memory lane Great hotel! Breakfast was superb! Stuff very helpful and friendly. Room not huge but very comfortable. Good A/C. Great shower. Not like US hotels, but we were very satisfied. They helped me arrange a car and driver for the day. Hotel is in a great location. Could walk to lots of attractions, restaurants and shops.

Great Hotel Everything was wonderful. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety of cheese, bread, fruits, juices and cakes. Unfortunately my meetings were far too long and I couldn't use the Gym, but it had good size, with enough equipment. The ice on the cake has to be the Hotel staff, cleaners, doormen, security, receptionists, waiters, all of them were very proactive, courteous and kept the experience to the highest standard. Location is perfect for business and for touring the sightseeing places. I will come back next time in Sao Paulo, that's for sure

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Bad attitude from check in staff, unfriendly, inattentive and unhelpful. Extremely slow, check in 45mins. Rooms do not match photos. Interiors in room old, hallways are filthy & old and smell of cigarettes, furnishing is old, rust in bathroom. Old wall hairdryers that broke and they had to bring me up a plug in one that I was threatened with if I didn’t return it. I would ask you to reconsider staying here completely it’s not worth it. The WiFi is awful too. The old kettle had some 1950 UHT congealed milk powder and the coffee granuals are gummy and it takes like a cup of chemicals. It’s more of a life and death challenge staying here. I’m lucky I got out alive. Do you want to take that chance ? No I didn’t think so.
