Roaches and bedbugs Roaches in every room, we switch four rooms in a week trying to find a good room the last room I got bit by a bedbug and I have photos first time ever so I paid in advance for a week and I’m out 500 they never offered to return my money They said it was nonrefundable

Rooms are wornout and dirty. Breakfast terrible. Mattress worn and soiled. Dirty room and bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. All of the juices had been watered down. Food offered was awful. Biscuits not cooked. Sausage looked grey. I would have left had I did not have family in another room. The amount of money I paid for this room makes it even more disappointing.
