The first impression makes it or breaks it. In town for the funeral of my brother-in-arms. So, it was not a "fun" visit, the front desk is the face of the hotel and it really struck me hard how I was received each day from the front desk. Cold and unpleasant, unwelcoming to say the least. However, the check-up calls to my room on how were accommodations were a nice welcome and so I explained about the next room smoking and how the smoke was entering my room, my television had a crack from the left to right of the screen. Housekeeping is the backbone of the hotel and they did an awesome job in maintaining, and cleaning the room. I would like to return for pleasure but please consider re-educating the front desk in hospitality.

It’s convenient This hotel is convenient. It’s close to I- 75 and close to a great shopping mall with stores and restaurants. The hotel has modern amenities and workout equipment in the rooms. I would give the hotel a better rating but they need to pay more attention to detail. We had to exchange our blanket because there was a stain on it. When we went to exchange it, we got a duvet cover without a blanket inside and had to ask for it. Then we found a stain on one of the towels. One stain is an oversight. Two stains is just careless. Where is the quality control?

Deceiving tactics I booked the hotel for one night, no breakfast included because I wanted to have breakfast with some friends at a restaurant nearby the next morning. The difference between breakfast included or not was 20 dollars. On my way there I realized they had added what I thought was the breakfast fee on my debit card to the total pending transaction. During check in they told me that Breakfast was Included and showed me the menu and times, so I didn't have any reason to doubt that the extra 20 dollars they had charged me was the breakfast fee. I didn't wanna make a big deal about it so I didn't say anything and just called my friends and we arranged to meet at dinner instead. Next morning when I was ready to have breakfast they told me that they made a mistake and breakfast was not included and when I told them about the extra charge on my debit card they explained to me that the extra 20 dollars was for incidental charges in case if I decided to use other amenities or services and not for breakfast. What a coincidence that the breakfast fee was the same amount as the incidental charges. They did remove the extra 20 dollars during check out but I ended up having a very mediocre super expensive breakfast there because it was already too late to call my friends and change plans again. Instead of 20 dollars I had to pay almost 50 for breakfast at a place that I didn't plan to have breakfast in the first place and they tricked me to do so.

Worst hotel ever I have been in a few hotels but by far this is the worst hotel ever. Housekeeping went to my room assuming I checked out and they took my stuff. Went to the front desk and they just bs me I am so sure they took my stuff came back home and I can’t find it I was hoping I placed in my luggage and that wasn’t the case. I’m so mad because all I want was my stuff that was all. It was a gift and that is why I’m making a fuzz about it. I don’t recommend this place not only they took my stuff but the manager was avoiding me didn’t give me a solution or even attempted to. All I want was my stuff back that was all. Plus AC kept turning off in the middle of the night. Worst place ever.
