DISREGARD THE OLD REVIEWS 11/20/24: LISTEN UP: Disregard all the old reviews from a few years ago. Although I had a reservation, I asked to see the room first before I took the room, because of the old reviews. The place has had a million dollar renovation. It looks brand new inside and out. I have only one complaint, the heating unit in the room was excessively noisy. I didn't complain about it, but subsequently, at another Comfort Inn, I encountered the same exact heating unit, and it was much quieter. I intend to let the management there know. One thing remains consistent, the staff there is still excellent.

Quiet sleep . Great recently done rooms. The rooms have been redone recently. The beds were new and so plush and wonderful. Had a great night's sleep. The furniture in the room is new also. Nicest comfort suites i have stayed at. however, they are still doing upgrades to this hotel in terms of the Hallways need new carpeting and the front of guest room doors need painting. But once you get inside your room you will be delighted with a sparkling room so clean and new. Lots of space in our room as it was a handicap room. bathroom huge. Staff at front desk very kind and welcoming. this Hotel is a few minutes away from downtown but it worked well for us. Prices were very good for the area. Saratoga can be very high priced but at this Hotel you get your moneys worth and more. The lobby breakfast area is huge. Great assortment at breakfast. I would stay here again.

We love this hotel. We have been travelers for many years. We have been impressed with the attention to detail at this hotel. We stayed at this hotel when it was a Best Western many years ago. We visited in the fall and loved sitting by the fireplace and having hot cocoa. The renovations by new owners are wonderful. The business center isn’t open as yet. There is 24hr hot coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa are available in the lobby. So, in colder weather you can sit by the lit fireplace with a hot drink. Breakfast was complimentary and nice addition. Nikki at the front desk was very welcoming. She explained everything about the hotel to enhance our stay. Housekeeping is available every day. The staff in housekeeping were very through in cleaning. We chose to just have clean towels every morning. Our room was immaculate when we entered. We did not have any ants or other insects. We know that during hot weather the smell or unwrapped food can attract insects. Hopefully, we won’t have any, since we were anxious to review the hotel ASAP, even during our stay. The complimentary shuttle to the racetrack is available. We took advantage of this service. The driver- John was very helpful with suggestions about Saratoga Springs events. We left on time to the track. He picked us up with an umbrella because of the intermittent rain storms. John was very entertaining. We are having a wonderful time in Saratoga Springs at this Choice Comfort Inn

More than disappointing Very disappointing. For over $300/ night, got zero housekeeping over 4 days- they even messed up supplies requested. They put in sneaky extra charges that you have to be alert to get deleted. Hallway in bad condition and smelled damp. Very difficult to get internet reception. Good news- beds v comfortable, desk staff v nice- despite inserting sneaky charges!

In need of more upgrading and care. I was torn between rating this place a 3 or 4. 3.5 seems right. Room seemed clean, but had ants all over the food and drink we had in the room. The second major concern was a lack of grab bar/s in the bathtub/shower. Very slippery and dangerous. The staff were all friendly, and helpful.
