Worst experience ever. Bed Bugs Hello I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience at this hotel and let you know that they have a bed bug situation and I got bitten several times. Please do not stay at this hotel _. They do not clean the sheets and infested with bed bugs.

No shortage of service and smiles Beautiful hotel. We were greeted as soon as we pulled up. Open doors and assistance. We walked into the historic gorgeous lobby. Alexis at the front desk was amazing. She greeted us quickly. Our room and keys were given immediately. The room was clean. Fridge, microwave and great space. An awesome start to our stay.

Awesome staff The staff at the front were amazing! Truly helpful with suggestions and so friendly :) loved it! They were constantly checking in with me and making sure I enjoyed Savannah. They made me feel like the Desoto was home and I am so glad to have had this experience!

Great place to stay This hotel is great I stayed in savanna many time I always stay in upscale hotels. This one was great the area the pool. The rooms were great. The 1540 room excellent. Dinner. Recommend. To anyone. Who wants a nice hotel the workers are very friendly. And helpful

Filthy , Filthy , Filthy The filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in . Coupled with disinterested staff , and inedible food , the hotel De Soto does absolutely NOT live up to the hype it writes about itself . The room had not been vacuumed in some time . The sheets never felt clean . The luggage trolleys were left outside our room for several days , as were dirty dishes . had no luck with staff to have my room properly cleaned . Strangers came to smoke on the so-called balcony outside my room . Everything was repulsive , and all managers and staff should be thoroughly ashamed . The physical condition of the hotel is very shabby . the Valet staff were amazing .
