Wonderful Vacation! The hotel is in an excellent location! Walkable to everything and right next door to a parking garage which was super convenient. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Mark, the concierge, was great! He helped make our first stay in Savannah easy. He had great suggestions for restaurants which were all amazing, sightseeing, and he also set us up on a great trolley tour and ghost tour. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and perfect location. Would stay again Fantastic experience and would definetly stay again. Theresa at the front desk always had a smile on her face and friendly with all guests. Room was spacious and spotless. Nice pool area as well. There is a 45.00 per day valet fee but there is a public parking lot directly next door. Literally within steps of the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to everything. The location is in a very safe area as we walked everywhere and some nights we were out very late. If you purchase tkts for the on and off Trolly you can get on and off a block behind the hotel at the movie theatre. Riverside was a block away with restaurants and shops. The Old Pink House restaurant is a block behind the hotel. Wonderful food need to book well in advance. Couldnt have asked for a better stay.

Won’t be back The hotel itself was fine, but I would definitely try somewhere else next time. We only had one night and with so many accommodations in the area we spent SO much time analyzing each place and trying to pick which one would best suite our wants/needs. After much (wasted) deliberation we finally chose this hotel for the sole purpose of booking a river view room. We figured we should go for the view while we could. Upon arrival we were given floor 2 (out of 8). When we expressed that we specifically booked a high floor river view room, the lady at the front desk informed us they were “overbooked” and none were available. (Thankfully they did adjust the price and didn’t try to scam us as the river view rooms are more expensive). Looking at reviews this apparently happens often; don’t offer them if they’re not available. The manager came out and said the same thing, then tried to say that some of those rooms were also affected by a leak, which very well may be so and is understandably unavoidable, but both blatantly said they overbooked them first. If the leak was the cause then they should have been on the phone informing guests and giving them their options. Instead of being understanding they also both acted annoyed that we were upset we didn’t get what we had booked. We later realized we had 3 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people. No biggie at all, but we obviously needed more so my husband went down to the front desk thinking it would be easier than calling. They told him to go back to his room and someone would bring them shortly. We waited and when they didn’t come, he called. He was told “oh they’re gone, we don’t do that now you need to come down.” Ok fine but he was just sent away from the desk. Wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but we already had a bad taste in our mouths. The hotel itself was fine, no complaints about cleanliness or anything, but the customer service definitely needs some work.

Noisy, noisy but clean The room was so noisy, I had difficulty sleeping the nights. Every time the ice machine made ice or dropped ice it was loud. People carrying on long conversations in the hall throughout the nights. It was not fun because of that and therefore, the cost was excessive. The breakfast was so-so. It would have been nice if there had been fresh fruit available. Using excuses that the middle schoolers took everything and then the girl scouts took everything was not fair. Should be plenty for everyone. Location was perfect. That's the reason for the 3 stars right there. Otherwise would have been 1. Parking in the garage next door was only 23 dollars per day . We will not return here because of the noise. The first night, we got back to our room at 9:15 and a man was standing outside our room. I asked what he wanted and he said he was there to fix our lighting. I told him everything in our room worked fine. He said he must have made a mistake. After a bit, he finally left. Scary being a single female with grandchild.

Comfortably relaxing The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I stayed in a room with a king bed. The room has all of the amenities you would expect. It is near the historic district and close to several places to eat. Comes with a free breakfast and also has a gym.
