5th Floor Lucky enough to be placed on the 5th floor with private access. Rustic and elegant. Love the view of the river in the elevator and decor on the staircase. Room was large and spacious, bathroom updated beautifully. Manager’s reception was a wonderful touch and the ability to walk everywhere was priceless!!

It’s a part that lasts all day & into the night From the time you check in at the River Inn, you feel welcome. The front staff is awesome, and the manager’s reception is all that. The room is clean and beautiful. Once we parked our car, we didn’t have to move it.

Get away I don’t get the good reviews. Lobby and stairway area from River Street was filthy. No housekeeping during our visit so be satisfied with 2 towels 2 coffee cups and no trash emptied. The front desk was usually vacant unless the manager was there on his computer far too busy to help customers. No robes as advertised or turn down service as advertised even though I did pay the extra fee for extra services. Stay at the Hampton or Holiday Inn across the street or the Westin across the River for the same price or less. I was so looking forward to a 4 Star hotel.

Good Great place on the river. The person booking our stay over the phone was not very helpful at all, so I reccomend booking online. The rooms were great, the fitness center was clean, and the location was in the middle of everything. Great Hotel.

Bad experience We stayed in the River Street Inn for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and the location is good but very noisy. The room was dirty upon arrival especially the floors and the bathroom. The room service leaves much to be desired: beds are not made, trash is not emptied, towels are not changed, shampoo and soaps are not replenished. It requires you to call the front desk to get fresh towels and to get trash taken out. For a rate of $500 per night I am expecting more. I do not understand why this hotel receives such positive reviews.
