Bachelorette trip Nice rooms, great service! Recommend staying on 2nd or 3rd floor. Poolside was fun with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and towels. Walking distance to many popular locations. Special shoutout to Jason W. for being so kind and helping us have a great time- thank you!!!! ☺️

Lovely but some rooms incredibly noisy The hotel is lovely and an easy walk to the water & restaurants. Unfortunately, one side of the hotel is situated on the very busy street where trucks and cars wizzed feet away all night. Our room (331) felt like it was exposed to the road. The lumbering trucks going by actually shook the floor and our beds. Added to that, one bed makes the most horrific squeak noise with even the lightest movement. It made for a terrible night of sleep. We would have cut our stay short but for being there only one night. Very disappointing as the hotel is very nice, clean and spacious. Oh, the valet barked orders at us about how to retrieve our car and did not even attempt to smile or be friendly. At $49/night for parking + tip, it wouldn’t hurt to be relatively cordial. It’s Savannah, after all. It felt like we were being checked into boot camp with her “welcome”. We will return to Savannah, but not the Brice unless we are guaranteed a room off the road. We stopped by the deck to discuss our room concern but no one was there.

Beware of $30 Destination Fee Added at Check-Out Will not be back. We were shocked to receive an email folio at check out that didn’t include the included breakfast credit and also included a $30 destination fee. Accidents happen however when I called I was met with rudeness from the staff. There was no apology for accidentally charging us for breakfast. I also asked why there was an additional $30 added that was not in my confirmation email when I booked directly through the Kimpton website. Her response was “every hotel does this” and couldn’t explain why it wasn’t included in my confirmation total. I looked back to my folio when we stayed there in January 2024 - no added fee. It’s new and not clearly marked at booking. So beware they are adding $30 you don’t see until final check out. We often choose Kimpton hotels because we travel with our dog. While this hotel is dog friendly, there are better hotels in the area that are much nicer for the same price.

Great hotel with even better people assisting! A fantastic location and a very nice hotel in s location where you can get around Savannah with relative ease. With the river across the street and quality restaurants all within walking distance. Can't say enough about Jason at the front desk, advising on the best restaurants in the area!

The Brice is the Best My company conducts our spring management team meeting at the Brice for several years. We have 20 attendees. The Brice feels like home to us. Everything is great. Special shout out to Helga who was the Brice attendant who took care of us for 3 days in our meeting rooms. She did all the small things that us feel special. She is a great representative of the Brice team.
