Family Reunion 2024 Let me say this first. Embassy Suites are a great choice for family reunions. We hosted our 48th annual reunion at this facility and they did not fail to impress me. They cleanliness of the facility, the quality breakfast and the friendliness of the staff are all what I come to expect from an ES hotel. Well done Schaumburg Team!

Book now!! If you are traveling with children-BOOK NOW!!! The entire staff were beyond amazing. I always wipe everything down and clean before the kids come up. NOT ONE THING CAME OFF ON THE WIPE! Such a clean hotel. The pool was enjoyable for the kids. The breakfast was also pretty good. The evening reception with complimentary drinks that were delicious. The bartenders were so amazing and friendly. The chefs were great. All of the hotel staff but especially the housekeepers. We always stay at embassy suites with the kids and this is the time I walked in until I walked out. Even under the desk was spotless and the windowsill. Like seriously! Very kid friendly. I would stay here again and again. ❤️❤️❤️

Five Stars _ Laura - Jenn and Mark are awesome. Approachable, accommodating, knowledgeable, attentive and detailed orientated. My family is still raving about the breakfast _. They utilized the workout room, pool, restaurants and especially the bar. The chef made made to order omelette that was to die for. I'm planning a family trip in the near future and Embassy Suites Woodfield Mall is the go to spot. The entire staff Achieved Excellence.

Great Location This is the 29th time we have stayed in an Embassy Suites this year. Room was Quiet and clean. Glass in elevators was clean and the hallways were clean. Check in went well and there is plenty of parking. The city needs to finish the construction on the west side of the Embassy. This one has a receptionist checking you in at breakfast that is very friendly. Nice touch. Good location, getting to any of our destinations was really easy.

Jenn is A+ I minsunderstood check out time and Jenn was so kind to accommodate an hour late check out even though it was my fault. Great service. Very Clean and excelllent breakfast. Very Clean hotel. Very clean rooms. Very Easy to park. Will stay again
