Time to find a new hotel The hotel is getting more and more run down each time we are there. It’s time for a facelift. The breakfast options get smaller each year as well. Staff was friendly but couldn’t help solve our issues. We have always stayed here when in Schaumburg but sadly, we will be looking for a different hotel next year.

Enjoyed our stay Great hotel! The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again whrn in Schaumburg. The staff was friendly. Our room was great, very spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and we loved the fact that they were serving the hot items to cut back on waste & everyone touching the utensils.

Booked on type of room - got another. We reserved room with multiple beds ahead of time...called to confirm ahead of time...arrived at the hotel and was given a different room...of lesser value. They gave me some loyalty points though...which will never be used. Beware of booking at this hotel...you might not get what you booked.

Experience stay with hyatt palace It is good choice to stay with, always clean and tidy. Well trained and helpful staff, always can have good committing. Highly recommend to friends or family to go with hyatt palace accommodation and facilities. Home stay feeling always here.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff! We enjoyed our stay here. The room layout was very nice with a sectional couch and 2 beds. Accommodated our family with kids. We were bummed that the pool was closed, but they were able to accommodate with guest passes to the next door pool.
