Best place to stay in Old Town! I've stayed at the Hotel Valley Ho several times, and they continue to impress each time! From the excellent customer experience (check-in, valet, spa, pool, housekeeping, etc) to the great food, fun pool, and trendy rooms, I plan to stay here every time I'm in Scottsdale. Keep up the great work, and thanks for another excellent experience this past week!

Not a Chain I recently returned to Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale, and the experience was stellar. Somehow I got chosen as VIP Guest of the Day! But even without such an unexpected honor, I highly recommend this combo Hollywood/native Arizonian unique gem. My room was so much fun - mid-century modern with flair, mood light, and patio. I had several meals - room service and Zuzus - they were yummers - although they might add a few more vegetarians offerings. All staff were extremely friendly. The location was perfect for my author event at The Poisoned Pen bookstore and so close I could walk back despite the 112 temps. I can't wait to return to Hotel Valley Ho.

First Class Hotel and Service My wife and I booked a stay here for her 50th birthday. The whole experience was phenomenal. The rooms are all very nice, the hotel is retro in style but everything seems new and is all very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the gym/ spa are great. We spent a good amount of time at the pool and we rented a Cabana for one day, with the Phoenix heat and misters it made a big difference and was well worth the cost. The servers at the pool were all very professional, engaging, and efficient. The food at the pool was really good, we had the chicken queso and it was very good. Inside at Zuzu, the food options are great. You just cant order a bad meal off the menu there. Jarrett Reynolds is very engaged in making sure each customer has a great experience, and it shows in the quality & service. Markenson and the rest of the team at the bar are fast, efficient, and really just great people. Jordan at the front who seats people really helped us in getting our tables set for my wife's event and was wonderful as well. There are just too many great people to name, it was a great experience and we will be back again!

Justine and Kailin have our <3 Came here for a birthday celebration for a friend and had a pool day in a cabana and had so much fun! Drinks were well priced, we bought pitchers for $40 that kept our 13 group supplied throughout the day! Cabana supplied a TV/ fan and misters/ fridge/ and lockers for all of our needs! Kailin the bartender and our server Justine made our day! Sweetest girls and best positive vibes to support our fun day! 20/10 recommend!

Amazing service JUSTINE WAS AMAZING KEEPING OUR CABANA WELL TAKEN CARE OF!! She would check up on us all the time, she had an amazing attitude the whole time no matter what was thrown at her! Everyone that worked here in general was amazing, professional, but also knew how to have fun!
