Hyatt Stayb Will definitely return, loved the staff and hotel.. clean rooms, great food and loved the pool!! Pool staff also AMAZING!

Great Hyatt property and Staff! My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We relaxed by the brand new renovated pools with some food and drinks. The staff here is truly amazing! I can’t wait to see the hotel when it’s fully transitioned into a Grand Hyatt!

Massive/major construction This hotel is going under a major and massive renovation. Getting in and around the hotel is like walking through a corn maze. The noise and the dust was completely unacceptable. We were told that there would be no construction over the weekend. That was a lie. The construction noise was so loud you could not even have a conversation at the pool. The dust completely filled all of the hallways and the makeshift lobby. This hotel even had the nerve of charging a $35 a day resort fee and $45 a day parking fee. There were no signs directing you to self park. the restaurants were either closed or set up in a makeshift conference room. Hyatt should be ashamed of charging these exuberant fees while they’re undergoing major renovation I will not return nor will. I recommend a Hyatt Regency resort.

Anniversary Trip Tough to do a full review due to the hotel being under a total renovation. Renovated pool was amazing. All hotel staff were amazing, especially the pool staff. They were very helpful and attentive. They made the stay memorable, you don’t see that type of commitment to service very often. Due to the construction, we were awakened about 6am each morning.

Unsafe building site, stay away Arrived to find that the hotel is undergoing major reconstruction It was a dusty noisy construction site In our opinion uninhabitable and unsafe Surprisingly they still offered us our room, but the restaurant was closed and amenities were unavailable They offered no discount, but they offered the amazing offer of free cancellation and rebooking, by ourselves, somewhere else. As we booked through a third party agent , we had to contact them , to ting them back in order to cancel it. Hyatt said it was the third party agent who was at fault as they should have told us, and there was a note on Hyatts website. Our agent said they had no knowledge of the building works. Stay away from this place.
