GREAT DAYS EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT..KATE WAS MY FAVORITE OF ALL ..SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND... EVERYONE I INTERACTED WITH WAS GREAT. ALSO ALIAH AT DESK .AND DAMIEN K AT PINON GRILL .ALSO A YOUNG GENTLEMAN AT FRONT THAT I DIDNT CATCH HIS NAME...ITS JUST WHAT I NEEDED .WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE..ENJOYED SALT WATER POOL ..KAYAK..THE ROOM..THE BALCONY..THE DRINKS AND BREAKFAST...WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK..

Beware We paid in full for two nights and now have an erroneous charge of over $100 for “resort fees” that they state are not included when we booked. I find resort fees laughable considering everything was closed and the one resort amenity we used was the pool that needs a major overhaul. We will never stay here again, beware and check your credit card statement when you leave.

Day out at The McCormick Scottsdale My friend and I purchased a Resort Day Pass for The McCormick Scottsdale in lovely Scottsdale, AZ. The Concierge was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. Our experience was made pleasurable by an employee named Manny. He held the pool gate open for us, helped us to move two pool umbrellas to shelter us from the intense July sun, brought us water bottles without us having to ask and all with a nice smile. Manny is the true representation of Great Customer Service! Thank you, Manny!! We, along with other guests, found the bar staff to be a bit impersonal. The only complaint that we have is that there was no one available to help put the paddle boat into the lake so we forwent that activity.

Mrs.Tracy has great customers service. Mrs Tracy at the front desk was so awesome her customer service was great and that is one of the reasons why I will return to this hotel. Hotel was clean. Great location. Cleaning staff was nice. Food available if wanted. Parking not bad. Nice pool area and tennis courts.

Rock Star Experience!!!!! Anita thank you so much for assisting me on Monday night with my elderly parents. I will always stay at this hotel and speak wonders about it. Sometimes we forget how far one small act of kindness can go. Anita your hospitality was truly exemplary. Thanks again for everything.
