Pure Perfection No detail is too small for the staff at Canyon Suites. Rooms are large with all the amenities you could hope for. Staff is outstanding in every respect from check-in to pool service to the superior served breakfast buffet. Special shout out for Sharon at the pool who always goes way beyond any expectations. Property is immaculately maintained. Car service available to nearby locations and golf carts available to take you to and from Phoenician restaurants, although an easy short walk. Camelback Mt. gives a beautiful vista just above the pool. There are really not enough superlatives to describe this outstanding luxury property.

Great Stay and Hotel! We stayed at this property in July 2021. We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. The breakfast was awesome. The fitness center and the golf course are first class. If I had to pick any negatives, it would be that we couldn't check in until 4 (long flight from Texas) and wish there was a restaurant instead of having to walk over to the Phoenician. Overall a beautiful, clean, and nice property. I would definitely stay here again.

Fun Family Getaway! We've stayed at the Phoenician several times over the years at the main building and Casitas and we have always enjoyed it. This was our first experience at The Canyon Suites. We were so impressed with the intimacy of this boutique location at the resort, the attentiveness of every employee we met, the privacy at the pool, and the overall ambience. We felt as if everyone knew who we were and would stop at nothing to make our stay exceptional. They even made sure my favorite Bloody Mary Mix from Mowry & Cotton was not only in my room, but at the pool! (thank you Sam for ensuring the Savage Mix was available, a must try for every guest!) If you're planning on visiting Scottsdale, The Canyon Suites at The Phoenician should be your first choice.

The Best There Is The Canyon Suites at the Phoenician is the best option for luxury and location. The Four Seasons in North Scottsdale is great, but the Canyon Suites have a much better location. It gives you a remote feeling in a quiet, urban-isa setting. The staff is fantastic. The restaurants on-site are top notch. If you stay at the Canyon Suites, they will take you to Fashion Square mall in a beautiful Mercedes-Benz SUV. Beautiful views of Camelback Mountain if you are luck to get a mountain view. Great on-site spa.

Perfect boutique experience with large resort amenities You get the best of both worlds while staying in the Canyon Suites. You have all of the massive amenities of the larger Phoenician resort at your fingertips, but you get the calmer, more boutique experience at the Suites. We had a first floor golf view one bedroom and it was HUGE with a beautiful, private, peaceful view. Extremely clean and not at all aging. Staff: Incredible, friendly, timely service all the time. We would return simply for the service and friendliness. Breakfast: The Canyon Suites serves an amazing complimentary breakfast every morning. It's not the cheap continental breakfast -- it's an amazingly fresh assortment of food that lasts until 10:30am and is served by super friendly staff. Pool: You have access to the Phoenician's massive pools. But, they can get crowded and you often need to "reserve" chairs, which I hate. The Suites has its own pool, exclusive to those staying at the Suites. .Still a great vibe, but not as crowded. Workout facilities: The new workout building rivals any fitness club out there. Huge amount of equipment (including Pelotons!) spread out on a huge, bright floor with floor to ceiling windows. Huge amount of tennis courts and a basketball court all at your fingertips. Location: The Suites is separate, but literally a 3 minute walk to everything on property. The location in the middle of Scottsdale makes it easy to go anywhere off property. Food: All of the food we had on property was delicious. The only issue might be the amount of options available on property was limited. Not a big deal though, since there are restaurants galore a 5 minute drive in every direction. We would definitely return!
