Nice This is a very serviceable hotel. Little out-of-the-way, but plenty of places to eat and much to do close by. Reasonable rates, not a bad place to stay at all. Make sure and ask for a room that’s far away from the elevators! As this is a industrial corner, it can be quite noisy with all the traffic coming up and down.

Disappointing We've stayed here a number of times over the past couple years. It's disappointing to see a nice place decline over time. The front desk staff during our most recent stay (February 23) were lacking basic courtesy: greeting and welcoming a guest at check-in, and thanking them for their business at check-out. Remember the days when front desk staff were actively engaged and greeted customers when entering and exiting the hotel lobby? Apparently those days are over at this Hampton facility. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear. At the prices being charged post-pandemic, I was expecting a good quality hotel and experience. This was so-so, and I suspect when we visit family in the area again, we'll look for a different place to stay. It was nice for the past few years, but I would no longer recommend this location.

Great Stay/Clean Room The price was what caught my attention and what caused me to book the hotel. It was clean the staff was friendly and it was 26 minutes from the Cruise Terminal at Long Beach. I wasn’t sure if location was going to be an issue but it was fine.

Wonderful experience all around Wonderful hotel. Facilities were clean, spacious, and modern. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast bar was excellent with different options each day. Good location. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

Fantastic Trip Everything about our stay was fabulous! Close to the Pike, great complementary breakfast and great room. Also, great pool, and jacuzzi. I am actually planning another trip and will be staying again. I am looking forward to it.
