No AC in ocean view rooms There’s no air conditioning in the ocean view rooms. And the guy at the desk was super snippy with me when I asked about it: “this isn’t California, sir”. But it is 2024 and a “resort” should have air conditioning. Otherwise it’s fine I guess, but no AC at a beach resort makes it a miss.

Hotel room cancel My parents flew in for my brothers wedding. There plane got delayed and pushed them back. When they finally reach the hotel their room was canceled. They got it fixed but still how do you cancel a room with out their authorization. Can not find marks e-mail address on line to email him about this

Sea Side Hotel Stay Good decent hotel amongst all the hotels there on the beach front. Rooms were fairly large with Kitchenette , and all basis amenities . Had a King bed and a Queen foldable bed along the couch. Carpets were slightly worn out and will definitely needs to be changed ASAP. Slightly pricy but taken in to factor summer time ok. Breakfast cafe ok but have plenty of good choices to eat around within a miles radius. Pool was ok size and had a hot tub too.

Awesome place to stay in Seaside!!! We stay at the BW Ocean View Resort every time we go to Seaside. Always a pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful. We like to get the rooms that face the ocean, such a nice view. Everything in the room was just as it was supposed to be. We will be back again!!! Mark and the team always make our stay wonderful. We will be bringing the children and grandchildren next summer as we have in the past.

terrible experience Lied about reservation, no internet or cell service, loud dripping bath shower, toilet and beds to high for short people, no air in room only a portable fan. I am not extending this as I already sat here and wrote out a review of the things that was wrong. wont go there again
