Would not stay there again. Says dog friendly but no grass area to take them, trash was all over outside building, not comfortable with location or even leaving curtains open as apartment building is lookiung down on hotel. No assistance with opening doors for us when trying to bring in luggage cart. Food was terrible. Not relaxing environment.

Not so SureStay We had been to this hotel many years ago when it was known as the Clarion and this was a good hotel. Not this time under new management (SureStay). When we checked in the room was unclean with the WC which did not work. We change dour room and now the bathroom lights did not work properly. Unlike the Clarion Hotel, there was no safe to place our passports, etc., no closets w/ drawers and no in-room small fridge - even the mirror had been taken off. The Jacuzzi was also no longer in the hotel (unlike the Clarion). There is only [one] ice machine [for the entire hotel] located in just one wing which from our room was about a 9-10 minute walk. Again, this was not case with the previous Clarion hotel. We booked this hotel thinking it was the same as the Clarion, especially as it now has the "By Best Western" label on its name. We also had an emergency situation where we needed to check out earlier but the manager was inflexible, showing little care for his customers and their situation. It seems that the new management is only interested in making money, maximizing profits (by cutting out the amenities already mentioned) - strongly recommend that you book another hotel, otherwise book at SureStay at your own risk.

Overall fine but first room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets hadn't been changed and the front desk staff (who were really helpful and friendly) wasn't able to access the closet to get clean sheets out for us. We would have needed to change the sheets ourselves since there wasn't any house keeping staff on late night. Eventually they were able to find another room for us but the process took 45 minutes and we weren't into the second room until 12:50am. The second room was clean and looked like it had been renovated more recently so the overall experience was fine, just time consuming late at night.

Convenient location but… The positives: great shuttle service to and from airport and within easy walking distance to the light rail station to get to downtown Seattle easily. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: the room was dated and not that clean. One of the bedspreads had a large stain and the bathroom floor was all sticky. There was a large wet spot on the carpet as well.

Older hotel-close to SeaTac I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the hotel. It is very old and has not been updated. I’d like to say it’s what you get when you stay at a cheap motel, but it wasn’t cheap (perhaps for SeaTac). It was close to SeaTac and it was clean. There’s one “Grill” for food & beverage, including breakfast. If I had lower expectations I would not be disappointed.
