Worst customer service- Starts with the General Manager!! If I could give this hotel something less than terrible rating I would. Worst customer service. I have been a Hilton honors member for years. We were still in the hotel trying to come up with a solution for my granddaughter to get checked in when they came back and stated that our reservation had been canceled. We had to book at another Hilton and they are still charging us for the late cancellation fee which is one nights stay. I called customer service and they called the hotel and the manager would not make an exception. My expectations are higher for a Hilton. After reading some of the reviews the poor customer service looks like the standard at this Hilton. We had the exact opposite experience at the hotel (Hilton) we are staying at currently. So we are spending an additional amount. This is disappointing to say the least. The review is a warning for travelers. Don’t stay here!

They charge for shuttle without notification Needed a hotel for a very early flight near SeaTac with a shuttle service. Chose this hotel based on 24 hour shuttle and paid more than I would’ve for hotel without shuttle near airport that I would have to pay for Uber. Told the front desk I needed to reserve shuttle at check in, she told me they leave every hour and half hour and wrote down my name. Upon check out I confirmed I was on the 4am shuttle and was told yes and to wait in lobby. While sitting in lobby I get my folio showing a $13 for shuttle. I ask the front desk, it’s at this point for the first time that she says yes, we called you a Lyft and there’s a charge for that service. I explained I was a guest. She said yes if I was to go to the full website, not the mobile and search under policies I would find the policy about their shuttle and there is a fee. Umm wait it says on mobile site 24 shuttle, not Lyft and not charge. She stated it doesn’t say we do t charge. Butttt it doesn’t say you do not did you or the lady at check in. This is absolutely ridiculous. I dot mind paying if I am told or can have that information at time of reservation but to not say anything. Wow!

Great business stay I was hesitant at first to book this for a 9 day stay because of all of the reviews. The hotel does have a difficult shuttle policy (buried in terms and conditions), I chose to uber in since I was arriving late at night. In the night the hotel looked a bit dark inside, I am a diamond member but was not feeling the warmth (hence the 1 star less) from the reception folks. But then I entered the room, it was spacious clean and well appointed. I got a high floor, quiet and nice. The breakfast was the best part of the stay, fresh omelets, made to order, respectfully served, fruits, coffee, baked goods. They have a waffle / pancake / french toast as a side depending on the day. It was awesome. The evening reception was nice as well, free drink or two, with some light accompaniments. The best part of the hotel was the location, less than 5 minute walk from the sounder station, less than 20 mins and you are in the heart of seattle. Southcenter mall is a 10 minute bus ride away. I loved the stay. The only thing I would say, brighten up the wonderful central area that you have in the night to make it more welcoming. I saw a lot of people using the pool and the fitness center (a lot of families staying here).

Glad I was not paying the bill! We were put up in this hotel because the airline caused us to miss our connecting flight. We waited an hour for the shuttle. One very nice lady was at the front desk to check everyone in. Took forever. Rooms are definitely outdated and furniture old. Breakfast was not the usual I have received at other Embassy Suites.

Name doesn’t live up to reputation For the name of the hotel I really expected more especially for what we were charged. Stained towels, A/C not working. When we complained they simply put a cover on the thermostat so we couldn’t see the temp. Shuttle was late, ants in the presidential suite, and the reception held in the evening was chips and dip with spicy bar snacks. Definitely will not be staying here again. It is definitely worth skipping!!! It is no where near worth the money .
