Basic room way overpriced I’m only leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager was somewhat helpful in refunding us our meals and providing a car to the port for our cruise. But the hotel room was a very basic room that should be at the most $300-$400 a night. It’s not even close to the $1,000 they charge for it. Plus the bed was worn out and uncomfortable. I stay at high end properties around the World on a regular basis and this one really missed its mark.

Still the best in Downtown Seattle This is still the best hotel in Seattle, hands down. I visited their competitor last week and the level of service at the Four Seasons was incredible. The attention to detail, guest recognition and anticipation of what the guest needs are paramount and not may do it better. Great room, great meals and nice cocktails while floating in the pool-we'll be back!

Great overall but disappointing check-in We had booked two connecting rooms, and showed up after the 3pm check-in time. Neither of our rooms were ready. We had to wait in the lobby for a while for the first room to be ready, but the 2nd room was not ready until 5:15pm. This was really unexpected and disrupted our plans for the day. They sent some cookies up to the room, but we received no other compensation. The rooms were very nice, and we had a wonderful view of the water. There were no dresser drawers in one of the rooms, which seemed odd. The location is great, close to Pike Place Market and the monorail to Seattle Center. The staff were all very nice. We got off to a bad start with the check-in, but the rest of our stay was very nice. My kids want to say that the pool was too small.

The best experience Food is great! Room service is excellent! I got an excellent view of the ocean. People can change the linen daily if you want. Coffee is delivered to your room for free! Wi-Fi is also free. The hotel also has a pool and hot tub. The beds are also very comfortable. This hotel is just the best.
