Stay with Grand Hyatt to Enjoy the Cozy Vibe of Seattle Extremely convenient location: you can walk to the Pike Public Market or the Starbucks Roastery Seattle. Although I arrived at the hotel very late, the check-in experience was smooth and everyone was helpful. The bay view room is recommended.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Hyatt hotel This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Hyatt hotel. The front desk never answered my calls, housekeeping didn’t make the bed despite asking at check-in if I needed it and confirming that I did, and valet parking took 30 minutes to retrieve my car. Overall, the staff’s attitude was poor, and there were several defects in the room. I will not be staying at the Grand Hyatt Seattle again, ever.

Still a great hotel! My first visit to this property in over 20 years. Location is super convenient, property is still in great shape, staff was all top-notch. Room Sevice breakfast was great but Grand club offerings need a rethink and a step up. If you drive up, be prepared for a wait to pull in. Not the fault of the valet team but a very short driveway on a busy street. Also, we arrived during the last week of WICKED at the Paramount. Tons of little (and not so little) Blinds and Elphebas running around.

Beautiful Hotel, Highly Recommend! The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. It is a bit out of my range if I were traveling for personal reasons, so it was very nice to be able to stay there for a work conference. It felt like a vacation. :) Highly recommend!

Disappointment Waited for an hour for microwave and 3 hours for a fork to deliver to the room! Customer service on delivering customers request to the room needs huge improvement. CLUB Lounge stopped serving food at 640pm. NG!! Will not return nor recommend to anyone.
