Very overpriced. Poorly maintained. Booked the "Two King Beds Pool View." Room was poorly maintained as was the pool. Air conditioner unit in the room leaked water throughout the night. If you are into a two star hotel for a five star price, this is for you. Positives, shuttle to SeaTac was on time and customer service was adequate.

Not up Hilton's standards My family stayed in (3) rooms at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center late July 2024. We selected this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Take the shuttle to/ from the hotel. Otherwise it is a long walk through the parking garage. This hotel is not up to Hilton's standard, particularly for a conference center. The whole hotel is in need of a renovation. For the money, I'm certain there are better choices. The hallway carpet is buckling and needs to be replaced. Everything is tired. The towel rack above the toilet fell off the wall in one of the rooms. Dinner was good but extremely over priced. Kudos to the airport shuttle driver. The gentleman who drove our 6am shuttle was pleasant and very helpful with our bags.

Dates and overpriced hotel, short staff no security Ver dated, short staffed. Shuttle driver doubles as concierge, one security person never on door as doubles as parking attendant. Reception poorly staffed. Reception lady DT told us room not ready as we had asked for feather free and it was being cleaned with no other room available. After 2 hours, went to room and it had duck feather pillows and duvet. We complained and were immediately given another room in this “fully booked” hotel. Pls do not take your customers for fools. Hilton you need to stop penny pinching and employ more staff and train them not to take their customers for fools. One saving grace was reception boy JJ who took over from DT and found us a feather free room, took our cases up (as no bellboy, and apologised profusely for us waiting. Lovely guy. No security is worrying though as not nice area with undesirables lurking around. Hilton employ the correct staff. People save your money - Crowne Plaza is practically next door. The Hilton is seriously overpriced and food and drinks also overpriced

Another airport hotel that charges steep rates and pockets the profits. Another airport hotel that charges steep rates and pockets the profits. Hotel is very dated, poorly maintained and staffed by folks with little to no hospitality experience. The cruise ship company offered the stay the day before departure, so our stay was limited. Didn't receive Hilton Reward points either which stinks.

Great for cruise ship passengers Great location, walkable to airport via a sky bridge but they have a free shuttle also. Tip for cruise passengers: If you take an airport transfer from the cruise piers, the bus drop off lot is literally across the street via an elevated walkway through the train station. We didn’t realize and walked first to the terminal then caught the airport shuttle to the hotel, I think we walked farther than if we had walked directly to the hotel. Next time!
