Quaint, like living in Seattle This hotel has a charm all of its own. It is like a renovated apartment building which I really found to fit with the Seattle experience. I stayed there a week and felt like I was one of the locals. I love the vintage vibe and the kitschy decor. It is in walking distance of so many places. It is clean, the people were friendly. The price is great for the area. My room had a kitchen and was spacious. Reminds me more of what you find in Europe. I would stay there again

Nicer on the outside than inside For Seattle prices, this is budget accommodation. It's really basic, rooms are tired but clean. Facilities are old, but functional. You can make your own breakfast. The smell of air freshener (or something else) is really overpowering. If you are staying higher than the ground floor be prepared to shlep your luggage up the stairs. Good location - within walking distance of the Needle, big supermarket. Public transportation. Nice little patio. Complementary coffee/tea available in the lobby.

Nice Budget Friendly Hotel Stayed here for one night. It was perfect for what I was looking for, I needed somewhere to crash after my long haul flight before I met with friends the following day. It was a nice clean hotel and in a great location. My room had a lovely view of the Space Needle too which was a nice surprise to wake up too. The staff were friendly and helpful with my queries. The hotel didn't have a vending machine but there were shops nearby where I was able to get some food for my room. I was happy with my stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent hotel on a budget.

Oki It was an oki hotel for the central location, but doesn’t offer much. Not very luxurious, will just do the job for a couple of nights. WiFi not great and neither is the room, but it’s clean. Could be better, but for this price, it was oki.

Tired rooms, great location Old hotel, no elevators and stayed on the 3rd floor. Outside doors lock at 7pm so need to unlock that to get to stairs/room. That outer key needs a lot of juggling to work (had to get the office manager to come and help once too). Room was large, with walk-in closet and kitchenette (but no utensils). Heater didn’t seem to work but was warm with the extra blanket. Wifi was fine too. Some noise from outside but wasn’t too disturbed. Bus stop right outside the building and convenient to get downtown. Walking distance to international fountain, supermarket and pharmacy are a block over. QVC store is a 10min walk to get an all day pass onto your ORCA card. Area felt safe at night. Got charged parking in error which they refunded once I pointed it out. Overall, not a bad choice for the price and location.
