Does what it says on the tin Lovely hotel in perfect location for a short visit to Seattle, right where you need to be. Charming staff and beautiful rooms I had a very happy and comfortable stay here

Perfect spot with great customer service I arrived at the hotel after a cruise to Alaska and was greeted with exceptional customer service that was responsive and compassionate. Oh and the view from the roof top terrace was amazing!

Incredible in every way This location is steps from the market, the hotel is beautiful, the rooftop patio allows for beautiful views, the staff was accommodating and incredibly professional. Everything about it was worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location, comfortable rooms We had a city view room, but the soundproofing was excellent as we heard no city noises. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, while the towels were thick and absorbent. There is an open terrace on the 5th floor with a lovely waterfront and sunset view. My husband and I bought a bottle of wine and lounged there after dinner. Pike Place Market is just across the street. Chihuly Garden and Glass is a few blocks away as is the ferry terminal so the location is perfect.

This hotel lost our luggage After a great 4 day stay at The Inn, we left our luggage to be stored in a secure storage room??? whilst we hopped on a sea plane for a 2 day excursion. When we returned to the hotel our luggage could not be found anywhere. Over 3 weeks later we still have no luggage and are still awaiting compensation from the hotel. Very upsetting and stressful
