PARKING FEE $73 a day! DO NOT BOOK HERE l!! Ridiculous $73 Parking fee plus 23 Destination fee per day I got billed $96 extra on top of my $280 bill. They do not disclose it enough but They claimed it's on the website but discreetly posted so the customers won't even notice. It's ashamed that it's a way to look as if they're rate is lower. But parking fee of $73.00?? Woow that's a robbery.

Wouldn’t recommend 0/5 stars. Was told we would receive a text when the room is ready, which didn’t happen. Our room was set to 77 degrees in the middle of summer, so it was very hot when we arrived (so much we had to leave the room). The A/C in the room was weak and never got to temp we set it at. Our bathroom also didn’t have hot water and we had a huge rust in the bath tub. Its also not in best area of seattle

A modern Hilton The staff was very serviceminded, which was a good start of our stay when checking in. Location: Max 10 min walk to Pikes Place Market, 2 min walk from the best coffee place in Seattle ¬> Monorail Espresso, 25 min walk to Museum of Pop Culture. Room: We had a Queen Room, which was very spacious, highly appreciated when travelling with 2 large suitcases. The room was very modern with a comfortable bed and AC. The room had a refrigerator/ coffee /tea maker/Safe and a beautiful view. We didn't get the chance to check out the restaurant or Gym, but heard positive remarks from other guests. (We ate outside the hotel). We had a very pleasant stay but were sad to see how many shops etc has closed, Downtown Seattle and the increasing amount of homeless/ mentally ill people wandering around the streets. We were there for a conference, we would not recommend anyone to visit Downtown Seattle anymore, it has changed to the worse the last 10 years.

Excellent property! Excellent staff!!!! FIVE STAR HOTEL!!! I’m a Hilton Diamond that just earned Lifetime Diamond. I’ve stayed at many of Hilton’s properties through the years. This is BY FAR is one of the BEST Hilton properties in the US that I’ve stayed at!! I called and made our arrangements via phone and the manager on duty, Anthony, was so professional and so patient with me. He handled every one of my requests with such care and excellence!! The food at their beautiful rooftop restaurant was AMAZING and the staff impeccable! FIVE STARS!!! Highly recommend!! Amazing Puget Sound views are just a bonus!

Great Staff = Great Trip Not gonna talk about the building, which was all fine, just the staff. The front staff were fabulous. I had booked one night and had to extend but they were sold out, by checkout time they worked to get me that extra night, saving me from the hassle. I forgot my phone charger, and the wonderful girl at the front desk got me one from their office to borrow for my stay, what a lifesaver!! The day I was checking out, I decided to just have breakfast at the hotel, and can't say enough about the wonderful wait staff, and Kayla(?) cooked me the best damn Eggs Benedict I have had in my life! Give that cook a raise!
