Poor Service We stayed 3 nights on 33rd floor. Had a nice view of the city, the bed was comfortable. Room had a large walk in shower no tub. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer any services. We had housekeeping booked but housekeeping never came. The hotel had a lounge that open at 4;00 pm and offered pizza and a few sandwiches. Disappointed in lack of customer service.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Seattle From reading other recent reviews, it's obvious people don't comprehend that hotels are understaffed right now and their expectations are way too high. I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand Seattle and recommend it for anyone planning a visit to the city. It's centrally located so you can walk in any direction and find a tourist attraction or good food within 2 miles. It's also just down the block from the light rail station, which is super convenient for anyone who uses public transportation (also recommended!). Overall, I noticed that staff really is making sure guests feel as comfortable as possible. They were quick to bring up more coffee when I called, the room was clean and had city views for days, and the front desk let me know at check-in that housekeeping only comes upon request for health safety. I also really enjoyed the chaise lounge by the window -- it served as the perfect reading nook.

Great location, nice facility We stayed one night in July, 2021. Ours was a corner room, with a little bit of a view. But a VERY nice room. The lobby is very nice, too. Masks were not required for vaccinated guests in the public areas when we were there, but I think they were "recommended". We didn't spend much time in the hotel. We returned late at night to find all the restaurants closed. We got "room service", which due to COVID, worked like this: 1. Calling the front desk and ordering 2. When the order is ready, the front desk calls, and you go down and pick it up. We had a pizza, which was good, though a little cold in the center. It was reasonably priced (about $20 with sodas). And it was ready very quickly. The place isn't cheap, but it's a premium hotel in downtown Seattle, so I didn't expect it to be. We'd stay here again.

The worst hotel in the whole trip In terms of service, this was one of my worst stays. The worst breakfast I’ve ever had on my last day, since their club lounge was closed for an event, a la carte breakfast at 27$ looked terrible and cold. No upgrade was given although being Titanium. I wonder is that really a Sheraton?

Poor service It took me several hours and several phone calls to get the shower cap I asked for, and then more calls for a bathrobe. They skimped on body lotion. There was no food available before 4 pm, no room service. After 4 the choices were meager. I asked for late che out, which they granted but my key stopped working at 12noon, and I had to stand in line to get it updated, a task they failed at. I had to go back three times to get a new key, and they didn’t even say I’m sorry. They were simply inconsiderate. Worst stay ever.
