Deserves all 5 stars! I would highly recommend Sprinhill suites by Marriott if you ever visit Seattle. First of all they have a great location close to all main attractions basically walking distance, even ti downtown. Second of all breakfast is included, delicious. Staff is very friendly but most important rooms are amazing, very clean. I was very happy with our stay there. When we visit Seattle again definitely we are going to stay at Springhill suites by Marriott.

This was just ok The hotel it self is near many transportation stops that it’s easy to hop on the bus and take in the city and near some decent restaurant. They have a laundry facility that although looks dated still works well enough. Breakfast is one egg, a sausage patty and 4oz juice or 3 French toast sticks a susage patty and 4oz juice (don’t expect anything bigger).The room was as clean as it was going to be. There was a stain on the furniture but It wouldn’t come off. Do to COVID there was no one to service rooms or get fresh towels so don’t expect it. I wasn’t to bothered because you can get fresh sheets and towels at the front desk. Unfortunately that’s were I had my problem the front desk for the most part are rude. I felt uncomfortable coming to them for my concerns. I understand that they have lots to do but they looked annoyed anytime they need to give me the breakfast meals or get me change for the laundry or for my towels. Also check out is at 12 but their house keeping don’t know that apparently because they kept knocking at my door to see if I left. Like I know check out is at 12 I saw it on the website I get it but she was ready to kick me out at 10:30 then again at 11:30 I’m like thank god I wasn’t changing but she was fully ready to open the door. Needless to say it doesn’t hurt to be kind and since I didn’t get that feelings from this place I don’t think I will stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff, great location Stayed over night on way to Whitby Island. Perfect location. Walking distance to downtown, Space Needle, Lake Union and more!! No gym due to COVID, but was able to use 24 Hour fitness across the street. Boxed breakfast was sparce but tasty.

Hotel stay during COVID We got a king sized bedroom at 10th floor. Clean and new, not much to complain. Springhill suite used to offer decent breakfast, now they offered grab and go due to COVID situation. Grab and go food looked cheap and unappealing. You can go to nearby 7-eleven or convenient store for better quality breakfast.

One night only I was disappointed to find trash under the nightstand. Although it states that the rooms are cleaned well due to Covid 19, finding trash indicates otherwise. We checked in late afternoon and had to be buzzed in. Not being too familiar with the city made me question whether we were safe or not. Parking is very expensive and had I known ahead of time there is a parking lot next door for less than half price. Due to smoke, Covid-19 and unrest most restaurants in this area are only open for take out. The Wi-Fi isn't too good and watching Netflix in the room was terrible as our programming was constantly buffering. Family of three booked this room but only two towels in the bath. Unable to adjust the temp in the room. Room looks right into other rooms and apartment building across the parking lot... View goes both ways! Positives: the room is spacious and looks nice. The sofa is big. There is a nice workspace area. There is a sink and coffee bar area in the room.
