Seattle getaway Great location. Lots of shopping in the area. Easy walk to Pike market and the waterfront. Comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Sad to see the homeless and drug addiction a few blocks from the hotel.

Bed bug nightmare Room had bed bugs . Confirmed by their exterminator. Hotel did not have any policy or procedures on helping guests. They should have a plan to ensure the new room is clear of bugs AND dry clean All of guests clothes. Guest should not have to come up with plan

Very accommodating! Stayed here for a night after getting off an Alaskan cruise. The room is spacious and clean with plenty of room for our 2 boys and lots of luggage. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our entire family (2 rooms) was granted early check in and late check out which made the transfer from the cruise to the airport incredibly seamless! Good and coffees at the cafe on the first floor is fabulous! French toast and bfast sandwich were divine! Wonderful stay!!!

A comfortable, convenient,friendly hotel with personable service A truly fine hotel right in the center of it all in Seattle. Stayed a week and felt at home in the premium king,corner view room. Every employee was courteous, very available, helpful and pleased to offer suggestions. The hospitality staff were impeccable. Our room was cleaned as we would. The bed,sheets,pillows were so comfortable with fine quality linens. Robes,which we rarely use , were plush and cozy warm after raking advantage of the refreshing, powerful shower. Coffee in the room was very good and the small refrigerator a plus for left overs from amazing Seattle restaurants. It would rate a solid 5 but for the lack of a pool and premium tv services. Go figure. The management also should consider supplying room and hotel instructions such as location of ice makers ,no sodas,restaurant hours etc. Didn’t know they offered complimentary bottled water at desk. The location is perfect, short walk to light rail and monorail station. In the heart of fine shopping and myriad of excellent restaurants.

Amazing! Truly amazing stay! We were having a horrible day and walked in earlier than the check in time. The front desk gave us the first available room right away and we were able to get to our room by 11am!!!
