Old World Charm The Sorrento takes you back to gentler times. The ambiance of the hotel, to the wood-worked walls and luxurious carpets and tiles makes a statement of quality and cared for. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfy and in the heat of the summer, air-conditioned to keep you comfortable. Stella, the in-house restaurant, provides excellent service and food. This hotel is a diamond in a beautiful city.

Functional Vintage Character with Clean Comfort It's a few blocks from our friend's apartment and it's dog friendly. It's got a very good restaurant+bar with very pleasant courtyard dining. It's an older building that's gotten a lot of love in its up-keep; it works well despite its age. The staff were very helpful, professional, & friendly. Though the AC in our room was pretty noisy (mostly white-noise), we were so exhausted from our days' activities that we were able to sleep through it. Nor did we hear many ambulance sirens coming into the area with its urgent care clinics. Our dog was much happier taking the stairs up & down 6 floors, rather than using the elevator, and we felt better for the exercise. Overall, we felt very welcome, comfortable, and the staff took really nice care of us.

Ok Hotel staff was pleasant. Rooms very dated. Our first room air conditioner leaked we had ro turn it off. Toilet did not function well. We were moved. Location is ideal for the medical facilities nearby not so much for other activities. Overall average

Grateful I drove to Seattle because I knew I would not be able to get up early enough to arrive at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health for a medical test and an appointment afterwards. My AAA and other memberships gave me a 10% discount and the staff, upon hearing why I was there, offered me a 15% discount. I was grateful for the discount.
