Check In We had to wait in line to check-in, we checked in just before 4:00pm, our room was not ready so we had to wait. When I received the text that our room was ready I walked up to the front but I was told that I would have to get back into the long line to get our room keys, I said oh no, this is not going to happen so I waited until the guy who checked us in was done with the person checking in and just kind of made my way up and told him I got the text that the room was ready, I know he was not happy that I just kind of barged in but I was not going to get back in that line. There should be a separate line for guests just getting their keys once the room is ready.

Pleasant Stay We came to visit from California, and wanted to spend the weekend out in Seattle. The stay was pleasant, the hotel was perfectly set right in the middle of everything which made traveling and sightseeing convient. The rooms were clean, but a little on the small size for the price your paying.

Westin has gone downhill sadly. The Westin has always been our place to stay while in Seattle but unfortunately it doesn’t even seem like a 4 star hotel. The sheets were gross, pillows worse than mypillow samples. Stayed three nights and they never came to clean once, told us we needed to schedule it before we came??? How does one do that. We left early for a new hotel. Sad as we had many great memories here. Hope they fix it back up.

Comfortable hotel in a great location! While this an older hotel, they sure do keep it clean and well maintained. But what really stands out for the hotel are a number of things including a friendly staff, reasonably priced food options, a well equipped fitness center and great elite member recognition. Plus can’t forget the amazing views from my room. Id stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location Bathroom was so small, hard to close the door when using the toilet or even just standing in front of the vanity. Late checkout was only an hour and then they forgot so they locked us out of the fridge. There was only one person working front desk so the lines are long for check in and check out. The fan was very quiet and if you need the sound to sleep you better bring your own. It was hard to get a spot in the elevator because so many guests were staying at the hotel. Sometimes it took 4 tries to get into an elevator that had room and then you stop at every floor below you because so many people are trying to get down to the Lobby. Some great things like the location and great windows, many not so great things.
