Despite the traffic coming & going to /from this hotel it is a nice place with plenty of parking 06/ 04 to 06/07/24 This trip to the Newark area I tried Secaucus again and then remembered the bad traffic getting back and forth toward Newark. Its still a very nice hotel with a pretty good restaurant.and plenty of parking. Pictures of my room, common areas and a dinner I had are attached. I had a room 325 on the side of the hotel away from the busy NJ3 and it was surprisingly quiet. I think the odd # rooms face away from the highway.

Not clean and not courteous This property is a mess. The entrance is confusing (and if you miss it, it’s another 10 or so miles to get back). More important, the room we had was disgusting. The carpet is literally sticky and moist. The shower tub appeared to have blood on the tub and hair all over the shower wall. On top of that, the cleaning person walked in our room in the morning without even knocking. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any property and we travel a lot.

Enjoyed our stay just wish the hot tub was open at the stated pool hours Stay was good. Only thing is the hot tub should be open and ready to go at 9am. It's frustrating when they are still adding water and chemicals bc most people want to use it in am before heading to city. Also there was never any towels at the pool. Otherwise when it was ready the pool and hottub were quite enjoyable and the beds very comfortable. The front staff were very nice. It’s a great location- very close to the park and ride- only takes 10-15 mins to get in to the city. A good alternate hotel to stay at instead of paying double or more to stay in Manhattan.

Not bad but TV needs work I went here with my partner for his birthday. The staff was really nice and answered our questions which was great. The pool was heated. And the jacuzzi I guess was nice and warm the way that I would like it. The whirlpool was not really working but that's fine. The room was nice and clean and had the things that were necessary. There was a fridge as well as a microphone and I did utilize both of them the AC and heating system worked great which I loved. The room was nice and quiet when we did go to sleep. I guess my only complaint was the TV was not a smart TV and we were told that we would need a converter as well as an HDMI in order for us to be able to watch movies or Netflix or anything like that. It would have been nice to either have those things available for us to use or for it to be a smart TV since this is 2024. Other than that it was a great stay and I would maybe come back here again. Oh the only other thing that I forgot to mention was the Wi-Fi was pretty slow I personally didn't use it but my partner did and he said that it was super slow. Luckily my carrier worked pretty well so I was able to watch Netflix on my phone.

Park and cruise This hotel is great. The staff friendly and helpful. There was a barking dog next door and they changed out room immediately. Good beds. This is a great place to stay and leave your car while on a cruise. Taxi to the Manhattan cruise port was $100. It was 20 minutes away much cheaper than parking at the port.
