Substandard Hotel at Luxury 5 Star Cost Was reluctant to book this Hilton but the location seemed ideal. And for nearly $500 a night during their “off peak” I assumed it had to be ok…wrong assumptions. 1. Broken elevator in main lobby to the 3rd floor. 2. Their “King Suite” premier view consisted of this tiny balcony that you had to careen your head around to actually view Bell Rock. 3. Extremely worn out facilities. It’s unconscionable that Hilton can charge that kind of rate for a Days Inn on the Highway type of room. Low ceiling. Smelly. If your on the toilet the doors into the bathroom hit your knees if opened. Unclean bathrooms. The hotel was packed with kids. Looks like a 5-6 a room “pack them in” place so rooms are abused. Called for extra pillows took 3 phone calls. Front staff super nice and understanding. I think they honestly were appalled at the high rates. Just pure greed. Unfortunately Sedona has gone from being a more calm and spiritual experience to an Instagram checklist for families buzzing through. Moved to a more private resort one of the best in Sedona for only slightly more cost. Stay Away unless your in for a budget experience and like to “rough it”. The amenities are not much better than a rest stop. Oh - good luck getting coffee. The poor staff at Starbucks understaffed. And ran out of breakfast burritos at 8:45. What a joke. For the high room fee they can even ensure decent staffing.

great base Nice upscale Luxury "motel" vibe. Convenient location. I have no area comparisons as this was our first visit. Suite was clean. it was a bell rock view~ not really~ houses in the way. Do not spend more for the upgrade~ ours was complimentary. However, that view should not be a pay more option on the website. No rooms have aview unless you stretch and look for a glimpse. Its a nice hotel to base in. The adult only pool is large. Seniors with a membership that are local have passes and hog the lanes at times. The kids pool

Disappointing Stay at Hilton Sedona: Misleading Views and Poor Amenities Just had a very disappointing stay at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock. _ My one-bedroom suite had a ground-floor patio that was under repair, filthy, and totally unusable. The pool area is also a huge letdown. The pictures online are taken with a drone and make it look like there's a view of Sedona’s red rocks, but in reality, there is no view at all—just semi-containers poorly covered up. When I asked for linens for the pull-out bed, I was told there were no blankets available, only sheets. The air conditioning was also a mess: the living room was freezing while the bedroom stayed hot, with only one unit to cool both rooms. Used to be a Hilton Diamond member but switched to Marriott a few years ago, and this experience just confirms I made the right choice. Really disappointed with the Hilton Sedona Resort. _ #travel #hotels #hilton #Sedona #disappointed

Great room and hotel, service needs work. I went to this hotel for a work conference, but ended up extending our trip for a romantic weekend. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, I was in a suite with a separate bedroom. The food is good, but there was a lack of options and at times they are out of things. The on-site restaurant staff could use some work, they aren't well trained in the art of customer service, or even customer awareness (hence the loss of a star). The location is good, the Collective is a short walk and lots of fun. Cucina Rustica for dinner and stop into the wine bar and galleries.

Understaffed The service in the restaurant was the worst. Went for breakfast our first morning, we were seated by the hostess. No one ever came to the table to acknowledge we were there, waited about 20 minutes and finally left. Went to the hostess stand to see what was happening and no one was there either. Found a nice breakfast place down the hill, Miley's Café. We brought a group here and with the exception of three of the staff the rest seemed overwhelmed and/or confused.
