Go for the views and location and cleanliness only. First of all, the hotel is super clean and the rooms are dated but they make up for it in cleanliness. They seem to have a well -run housekeeping department. Overall, the experience was just okay. The Location is great, can't beat it. The views are stunning. Most of the balconies face either parking lots or nothing at all. The studios are strangely appointment. The front desk encouraged us to "find parking where we could." I got the feeling overall from the staff-they don't like tourists. Even the folks at the View coffee shop seemed annoyed guests were there. We had a positive interaction with manager, Natalie, she was friendly and warm. Besides maybe one other business rep, Sedona seemed sick of tourists and annoyed. Especially at the Pinon Pointe.

No. Just no. OK, I signed up for a weekend with the timeshare presentation. You would think they would try to give us a nice room, etc. Seriously? Right next to the overflowing dumpster. Parking is realllly limited at all times. And they are continuing to build. We were in one of the renovated studio units. It felt really confining. Yes, it had a patio -- but it looked at the parked cars. The toilet seat was broken, the coffee maker didn't work, the vertical blinds do not keep out the light, the AC cycles on for while with freezing, blasting air, and then it cycles off and it gets truly hot. On top of that, the entire complex feels really congested. Our room felt like an inside cabin on a ship. They offered us another week for $1,000 so we could consider it further. No. Just no.

Spectacular Service! We absolutely loved our time here at this hotel in Sedona! I am writing this review on our last night and I sit on the beautiful balcony admiring the views of the red rock mountains. The Hyatt is in the center of everything, walking distance to uptown, yet feels private and is quiet. The 1 bedroom suite was clean and had every amenity you would need. ( frig, dishwasher, small washer and dryer, kitchen Amenities etc) The bathroom and shower are large and the bed was super comfortable. We also had a large tub which looks inviting and relaxing although we did not utilize it. Anything you need ( towels, detergent etc.) you call and they bring it to you within minutes. We even called because a fire pit wasn’t working and they had it up and running within minutes. The views are spectacular! ( get a room with a view) They are doing a lot of construction right now but it did not bother us in any way. The pool area is also beautiful with ample amount of seating and umbrellas. I highly recommend Piñon Point if heading to Sedona!

Fabulous hotel. We had a large suite that was very clean. Great amenities. Bed and bedding were very high quality. Slept very well. Pool and view were stunning. Walked easily to main street in Sedona. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Looking forward to booking at the Hyatt again.

Surroundings Staff is Excellent. They do what they say, and I respect that. Room is wonderful and love the full kitchen. We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Villa. Pool, BBQ Area, Rec Room were all very enjoyable. Shops within complex very nice. A little construction happening, but understandable for sure. This Review will not do justice to the views all around. You must come to see yourself!
