A must stay. Such a wonderful resort. We had the best experience. I would highly recommend staying here. The late summer tempter was just right. A chance to eat outside and talk about your day. Outside your room the private deck overlooking the valley and the peaceful sound of the river below. A place you could sit for hours in peace.

Great experience! Traveled through Oak Creek Canyon on the way to Flagstaff and had a great time. Hiked and fished on the property and was so nice to be out of the Sedona "downtown". Highly recommend this resort on the creek. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was very pleasant experience on the deck but not open for breakfast.

TERRIBLE FAMILY EXPERIENCE AT JUNIPINE! TOOK FAMILY OF 8 TO WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A GREAT OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE BUT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE! UNIT 16 HAD BED BUGS CRAWLING ON MY KIDS! THEY MOVED US TO UNIT 29 AT MIDNIGHT WHICH WASN'T THAT MUCH NICER. WE TRIED TO EAT AT THE RESTAURANT BUT HAD NOTHING BUT RUDE WORKERS TRYING THEIR HARDEST NOT TO HELP US! WE CLEANED UP AFTER OURSELVES AND WERE TOLD BY ONE OF THE WORKERS THEY WOULD THROW THE TRASH AWAY BUT GOT CHRGED $100 FOR CLEANING FEE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Don’t stay at junipine Save your money and find a Airbnb . We stayed in unit 29 may 24-26 for our 21st wedding anniversary and it was a disappointment. The resort doesn’t show individual unit pictures so you show up to a surprise. The place needs some attention and updating , it was updated 15 years ago . The resort offers the option to buy a bottle of wine and a four pack of beer , we showed up to a cold bottle of wine and a warm four pack of beer . Nothing like traveling to relax 2 1/2 hrs to have a warm beer and have to go to the store. The bar stool was broken with sharp wood that stabbed you in the ankle, back door doesn’t lock , no sponge to wash dishes, towel hooks falling off the bathroom wall , vertical blinds _ , bathroom blinds valance broken just resting on top of blinds , screen on front door hanging off , bathroom faucet knob broken, stewed on backwards , they left dishes in the dishwasher from previous renter . Honestly I was embarrassed I rented the place to celebrate my anniversary for something that was supposed to be special and paid 1300.00 , the place is neglected and honestly an overrated dump . Thx for the good weekend won’t be coming back . The place is more like camp than a resort

Do not eat here! Do not eat here! Only the burgers and BLT are edible or even recognizable when they are served. $160 for 5 for a very poor meal. Dirty. One of our party got sick after trying one shrimp. I saw several people leave and I wish I would have too. Avoid at all costs. It’s unfortunate because it’s in a pretty spot.
