Mold Motel This place is great if you like a rundown and moldy Motel. We had two rooms on the second floor and the smell of mold will take your breath away when you open the door. Everything in the room is covered in grime/dirt and the mold smell is the worst I have ever experienced. The sofas in both of the rooms were covered in mold. I really don't know why the health department hasn't closed them down. The hallways are filthy and the parking lot is covered in broken beer bottles. The pool was full of trash and hasn't been treated in a long time. Poor property for $160 a night.

Do not stay here. Grosssss! Pee and poop stains on the floor (see pics). Oldest profession and drugs. Big blood(?) stain on mattress. Members of our group left early due to the a/c not working in their room and the smell of mold and mildew is/was unbearable. Listen folks - this place is SCARY. (Especially the pool and activities that were going on - visible for everyone who went out there.) No spring chicken here and this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Next time I won't let someone else make the reservation for me. This was business so we didn't have a choice and they had no way of knowing it would be this terrible. I’m posting this so that other companies and people will have a heads up and can make an informed decision.

Dirty and bad management We wanted to cancel our reservation with a refund but the hotel said no. The room was sub-par. The hall was hot. The carpet in the room was soiled and the bathroom smelled bad. The room had many imperfections and the pillows were terrible. Avoid this place.

Worst hotel in Seguin, Texas We stayed 3 days. The wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there. The front desk people kept saying it was working until several guess were in the lobby complaining at the same time. Staff said the router would be rebooted and it would be restored. Staff continued to lie every time the wi-fi question was asked. On Monday morning the manager approached me in the breakfast area to tell me it was my iPad that was the problem. I told her to go away because I was tired of being lied too and I was checking out. She very rude. She said I should have checked out sooner. I would have but we had prepaid. As an added bonus the refrigerator was not working and water was leaking all over the floor. The response from staff was it was defrosting ( for 3 days). Avoid this place like the plague. The manger should be fired, just for her terrible attitude.

Mold When we visit Seguin we always stay here. Not anymore, $180 for 1 night that has mold!!!! We got in @ 2:30am early Saturday morning and went straight to bed. In the morning half asleep & we smelled the mold!!! Nasty nasty smell!!! Now going to find another place from now on. I wish I could have seen this when got there but as tired as I was after an 6 hour drive_‍♀️
