Pool doesn't open until 10 am We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool does not open until 10 am. Front desk would not open earlier. Hotel ok overall, nothing special, nothing bad. Breakfast was fine, hot and cold items. Check in was friendly, nice front desk employees.

Love Cindy We called and talked to Cindy and she was very helpful. We weren’t getting there till 2:30am. She made sure we had a room that wasn’t close to noise. She was very nice and friendly. She is an asset to your facility. The room was very nice also. Like that there is no carpeting.

Customer service phone etiquette Every time I call the front desk they immediately put me on hold without saying a word and I tried calling back multiple times. It's very rude. Customer service is lacking and needs to be looked into if you are to continue selling rooms. We were trying to find rooms for tonight but they don't want to sale.

Eh it’s okay It was average. The beds were nice. They could use some updating on the rooms. Had some random spots on the wall and wear and tear in the rooms. Pool was nice and big. The lights in the room were low needed more a bit dingy look. The bathroom was okay bath tub not so nice. The water kept filling up after you take the plug out. Had some rusty looking stuff in the tub where a soap shelf used to be. Had some black looking stuff on the bathroom curtain. It was okay stay.

Not Up to Standards We are Hilton Honors members at a Diamond level. This property is not consistent with most others. Property and our room was musty. Clean, but had a definite musty smell. Staff were OK, but when we checked in did not even acknowledge that we are diamond. I had to ask for waters. Then when we had issues with WiFi, the desk clerk acted like it was our fault.
