My Family get away Started out with very welcoming, kind Staff, rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable and clean! My view of the Great Smokey Mountains was gorgeous. This is a very friendly atmosphere, all Staff and guests were friendly and in a good mood! The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and the young lady who took care of Breakfast was so sweet. This is our new “go to “ hotel in PF. The owners are the very best! Thank You !

Great value! The room was very clean, very comfortable, and the price was perfect! There's an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. We liked how spacious the room was for our family of 3 adults and two children. The fridge, sink and microwave came in handy! Would stay again if I'm ever in the area again.

One of my best experiences with a hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal every morning. The outside pool was beautiful with a waterfall. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at check-in/check-out was efficient and courteous. There were no hidden fees. My only complaint was we had 2 tvs in our room and only one of the remotes worked....minor detail. And the sign for the hotel is rather small. We passed the hotel every time we left and came back. We will definitely be staying here again. They also have a heated indoor pool and hot tub which will be perfect for when we come back in December. Thank you Quality Inn.

Will be back to stay, hotel staff very friendly and helpful . We had no problems, great stay! Price was very good, breakfast was good, room very clean.Didn’t have any problems but door stuck trying to get in room, must have done it before, metal at bottom pulled back .Very full with guest but had no problem checking in. Hotel staff great

Great place as you enter the strip of busy traffic. Good place to have quiet from road traffic and hustle and bustle of Excellent front desk staff. Very clean pool, good hot breakfast ready just wish would serve bacon more than sausage. Parking is good. There is a food city to pick up items. The dinner was close by to eat out burger King close. So no need to ride down the busy strip everytime you need something.
