The Resort at Governor's Crossing

Family Friendly. Kids will love! Very Family Kid friendly! We got a great condo/suite, very clean and all new! Cute bunk bed area for my grandson (3yrs) loved playing in them. Friendly check in with a packet full of kids activities all day. Crafts, we received free build a bear with our stay, scavenger hunts and kids yoga. Our balcony overlooked another kids play area with play yard and areas for picnics, paths, and they have fire pits at night for s’mores. We were able to enjoy the indoor swim area and it had all kinds of fun for ages. Traffic was so bad in actual Pigeon Forge but this area was great easy access in and out. Plenty of Parking and close to everything still. We will be returning in the future!

Will stay again The resort was clean, room was nice and beds were comfortable. Had a cute view from the balcony of the event center. Was very pretty at night. Staff was super friendly. Check out was very easy. Close enough to everything without being on the strip with all the craziness.

Almost Perfect. Nice and clean. Every time we stay we have the same room with king/queen bed, bunk beds and pull out couch. It fits our family perfect. Walmart and gas stations are right across the road from there. Things to do attractios wise you would need to drive up or down the strip.

Bypass this resort I came to this resort to view the property for future groups. As a travel agency owner I am appalled at what I experienced. Checking in took over thirty minutes. After checking in and receiving arm bands, I proceeded to room. There was only one elevator working, so that led to waiting about 15 mins to get to room. Once arriving to room, none of my armbands worked. Instead of sending someone up with the right armbands , I had to lug my luggage back downstairs to get corrected arm bands. Finally in my room(studio suite), there is no toilet paper. Cleanliness of room is null and void. Room is outdated and the walls are paper thin. You can hear the washer and dryer in next door room. There is no quiet hours and no security. At midnight, kids running rampant. Bouncing balls and yelling. Then the resort sends text all types of hours in the early morning hours. I am very disappointed in this resort and not worth money paid. I complained of this and was offered a free s’mores kit. Wow

the room was nice but not water park the room was very clean and spacious but water park was big but the hot gave me a rash and young daughter from south carolina and i live in ohio .her husbund got some rash to but not quite as bad.either the cemicals was not quite right.so i will not return.thank you
