Outstanding Our second stay at this fabulous resort. The most welcoming, friendly, professional staff - everyone you meet greets you with a smile and warm comment! Complimentary glass of wine as return guests was a delightful surprise. We had dinner at Lido one evening - lovely food and Celena was superb dealing with a hiccup with the order. Gluten free options, including pasta, available. Outstanding!

All around top notch hotel Service was excellent, very responsive via text, including fresh towels when I asked. Pool was fantastic—the kids loved it. The hot tub was wonderfully hot. Beach was a bit of a walk, not as easy to get to as I was expecting. The hotel supplied games for the kids. Also complimentary hot chocolate packets for the kids. I took a yoga class with KJ on Saturday at 11:30am and I highly recommend it! $15-30 sliding scale fee. The kitchen is well stocked with dish soap, coffee, filters, etc. It would have been nice if they supplied a few detergent pods for the washing machine. The hotel is in a quiet area (a little too quiet for our family) but there is a nice Italian grocery store just a 5 minute walk away.

Luxury & Relaxing stay My cousins and I took a girls trip for 3 nights and 4 days. We had such a wonderful time. The hotel is amazing, right off the beach. The room and service is fantastic. We loved being at the pool. The food at the hotel was very good. We felt the location was close by to San Louis Obispo and Paso Robles. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Thank you for listening! I'll be back. Superior customer service and truly "dog friendly!" The resort is in an exceptional location and the suite was spacious, well-appointed and more than comfortable. And they really are welcoming of your dog - protective cover on couch, dog biscuits, bed, bowl, etc. ( all so appreciated). When I noted my frustration at the lack of instructions for appliances, tvs, thermostat, etc. after a recent stay, I was contacted personally by customer relations who actually thanked me for bringing shortcomings to their attention and offered to make sure my next visit is exceptional! I will definitely go back and stay again.

MANAGEMENT IS INSINCERE & INCONSISTENT. I stayed at Dolphin Bay after visiting Beverly Hills so Christian Louboutin can meet me at his Rodeo Boutique. Valet complained about the Owners and now I understand why. I was one person and was oversold a two bedroom ocean front executive suite. What I needed a two bedroom executive suite for I have no idea. I did not use half the hotel room. As a courtesy I politely declined housekeeping to cut costs on such a huge space. I just bought My Three Carat De Beers Wedding Ring AND I am so glad I am not getting Married here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dolphin Bay Resort & Spa.
